Redistribución de planta y su efecto en la productividad en el área de producción de la empresa C&D Industrias Alimenticias EIRL-2022

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación se realizó con el objetivo de medir el efecto de la productividad por la redistribución de planta en el área de producción en la empresa C&D Industrias Alimenticias EIRL-2022; está enmarcado bajo la modalidad de investigación cuantitativa, aplicada de campo, dividido en tres etapas, dando respuesta a las interrogantes de la investigación. La metodología utilizada se basó en un tipo de investigación correlacional. El método de investigación utilizado fue el Hipotético Deductivo, con un diseño no experimental. Los resultados obtenidos revelaron que la redistribución de planta tuvo un efecto positivo en el incremento de la producción, representada en un 12.45% evidenciado por la reducción del tiempo estándar del ciclo de producción. Esto se demostró mediante el estudio de tiempos realizado antes y después de la propuesta de la nueva distribución, mediante el método de Guerchet se logró determinar que el área requerida para la ocupación de los equipos y maquinarias de producción es de 56 m2. Además, se recomienda la implementación de un plan de capacitación para el personal, enfocado en las tareas relacionadas con la nueva distribución de planta, con el fin de garantizar un adecuado manejo de materiales y equipos durante la jornada laboral. Este estudio confirma que la redistribución de planta en el área de producción de la empresa C&D Industrias Alimenticias EIRL-2022 es una estrategia efectiva para mejorar la productividad y la rentabilidad. Recomendaría a la empresa implementar las acciones propuestas y continuar monitoreando y ajustando la distribución de planta según sea necesario para mantener los beneficios obtenidos.

This research work was carried out with the objective of measuring the effect on productivity due to the redistribution of the plant in the production area in the company C&D Industrias Alimenticias EIRL-2022; It is framed under the modality of quantitative, applied field research, divided into three stages, answering the research questions. The methodology used was based on a type of correlational research. The research method used was the Deductive Hypothetical, with a non-experimental design. The results obtained revealed that the plant redistribution had a positive effect on the increase in production, represented by 12.45% evidenced by the reduction of the standard time of the production cycle. This was demonstrated through the time study carried out before and after the proposal of the new distribution, using the Guerchet method it was possible to determine that the area required for the occupation of production equipment and machinery is 56 m2. In addition, the implementation of a training plan for personnel is recommended, focused on tasks related to the new plant layout, in order to guarantee adequate management of materials and equipment during the work day. This study confirms that the redistribution of the plant in the production area of the company C&D Industrias Alimenticias EIRL-2022 is an effective strategy to improve productivity and profitability. I would recommend the company implement the proposed actions and continue monitoring and adjusting the plant layout as necessary to maintain the benefits obtained.
