Abstract

La presente tesis que tiene como principal problema en el inadecuado funcionamiento de sus costos de producción dentro de la comunidad, así como la explicación de la cadena de comercialización desde el productor, pasando por el arrendatario hasta llegar al vendedor final quien viene a ser el revendedor. El objetivo general de la presente investigación es “Establecer de qué manera los Socios y arrendatarios fabricantes de ladrillos determina sus costos de producción y cómo funciona su cadena de comercialización de la Comunidad Sucso Auccaylle del distrito de San Jerónimo periodo 2015”, se utilizó una metodología de tipo descriptiva, es decir los datos investigados son obtenidos mediante la observación para la cual se aplicó una encuesta a los Socios fabricantes de ladrillos, arrendatarios y revendedores de la Comunidad Sucso Aucaylle. El problema de investigación es: ¿De qué manera los Socios y arrendatarios fabricantes de ladrillos establecen sus costos de producción y cómo funciona su cadena de comercialización en la Comunidad Sucso Auccaylle del distrito de San Jerónimo – Cusco periodo 2015? Siendo la hipótesis que se formuló la siguiente: La determinación de sus costos de producción y el funcionamiento de la cadena de comercialización, de los socios y arrendatarios, fabricantes de ladrillos de la comunidad Sucso Auccaylle del distrito de San Jerónimo periodo 2015, varían sustancialmente entre los que intervienen. Se concluye que a partir de los resultados del presente trabajo de investigación puede determinar sus costos de producción en forma técnica real y verídica, utilizando un nuevo sistema de costos de producción y llevándose a cabo un mejor orden dentro de la cadena de comercialización.
