El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo principal determinar en qué medida el
síndrome de Burnout se relaciona con la comunicación de los trabajadores de la Red de
Servicios de Salud Cusco Sur, 2023. La investigación tuvo un enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño
no experimental-transeccional y de alcance correlacional. La población y muestra estuvo
conformada por 38 trabajadores de la Red de Servicios de Salud Cusco, para la recolección de
datos se utilizó como técnica a la encuesta y el instrumento fue el cuestionario. De acuerdo
con los resultados se comprobó que existe una relación entre el síndrome de Burnout y la
comunicación, ya que, a través de la correlación de Spearman se obtuvo un valor sig. de
0.000, que es menor a 0.05. Además, la relación fue negativa con un valor de -0.827, es decir,
a mayor síndrome de Burnout menor comunicación, por lo tanto, se aceptó la hipótesis
planteada. En conclusión, el Síndrome de Burnout se relaciona significativamente con la
comunicación de los trabajadores de la Red de Servicios de Salud Cusco Sur, 2023. The main objective of this study was to determine to what extent the Burnout
syndrome is related to the communication of workers of the Cusco Sur Health Services
Network, 2023. The research had a quantitative approach, non-experimental-transitional
design and correlational scope. The population and sample were made up of 38 workers of the
Cusco Health Services Network, for the collection of data used as a survey technique and the
instrument was the questionnaire. According to the results, it was found that there is a
relationship between Burnout syndrome and communication, since, through Spearman's
correlation, a sig. value of 0.000 was obtained, which is less than 0.05. In addition, the
relationship was negative with a value of -0.827, that is, the greater the Burnout syndrome, the
lower the communication, therefore, the hypothesis was accepted. In conclusion, the Burnout
Syndrome is significantly related to the communication of the workers of the Cusco Sur
Health Services Network, 2023.
