Clima organizacional y motivación laboral de los colaboradores en la Municipalidad Distrital de Combapata, provincia de Canchis, Cusco - 2022.

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar qué grado de relación existe entre clima organizacional y motivación laboral de los colaboradores en la Municipalidad Distrital de Combapata, Provincia de Canchis, Cusco – 2022, la metodología fue de enfoque cuantitativo, alcance descriptivo-correlacional, diseño no experimental-transversal; para la recolección de información se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario, el cual fue aplicado a una población y muestra de 52 colaboradores administrativos de la Municipalidad Distrital de Combapata. Los resultados muestran que en la variable clima organizacional, el 71.2% de los colaboradores encuestados considera regular, la variable motivación laboral, el 42.3% de los colaboradores encuestados considera alto. Se concluye que el clima organizacional se relaciona significativamente con la motivación laboral de los colaboradores en la Municipalidad Distrital de Combapata, Provincia Canchis, Cusco – 2022; con un nivel de significancia de 0.000, es decir, existe relación significativa entre ambas variables; además, el coeficiente de correlación es 0.667, reflejando una relación positiva moderada.

The results show that in the organizational climate variable, 71.2% of the surveyed employees considered regular, the labor motivation variable, 42.3% of the surveyed employees considered high. It is concluded that the organizational climate is significantly related to the work motivation of the collaborators in the District Municipality of Combapata, Canchis Province, Cusco - 2022; with a significance level of 0.000, that is, there is a significant relationship between both variables; In addition, the coefficient of connections is 0.667, reflecting a moderate positive relationship.
