Factores asociados a la captación de sintomáticos respiratorios en personal del Centro de Salud Belenpampa, Cusco– 2023

Abstract

La presente investigación con título: “FACTORES ASOCIADOS A LA CAPTACIÓN DE SINTOMÁTICOS RESPIRATORIOS EN PERSONAL DEL CENTRO DE SALUD BELENPAMPA, CUSCO– 2023”, tuvo como objetivo “Determinar cuáles son los factores asociados a la captación de sintomáticos respiratorios en personal del Centro de Salud Belenpampa, Cusco – 2023”. El alcance del estudio fue correlacional con un enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental de corte transversal. La población y muestra fue conformada por 72 personas que laboran en el centro de salud. La técnica fue la encuesta y el instrumento fue el cuestionario. Resultados: Se evaluaron a 72 trabajadores de salud del área asistencial del Centro de Salud Belenpampa, encargada de captar sintomáticos respiratorios. donde se evidencio que los factores asociados a la captación de sintomáticos respiratorios en personal del Centro de Salud Belenpampa, son los factores personales e institucionales, se obtuvo una significancia de 0.024 que es menor a 0,05, por lo tanto, los factores personales se asocian significativamente con captación de sintomáticos respiratorios y se obtuvo una significancia de 0.003 que es menor a 0,05, el cual refiere que los factores institucionales se asocian significativamente con captación de sintomáticos respiratorios. Con estos hallazgos se acepta la hipótesis alternativa y rechaza la hipótesis nula.

The objective of the present investigation, entitled: "FACTORS ASSOCIATED WITH THE UPTAKE OF RESPIRATORY SYMPTOMATICS IN STAFF OF THE BELENPAMPA HEALTH CENTER, CUSCO- 2023", was to "Determine which factors are associated with the uptake of respiratory symptomatic in staff of the Belenpampa Health Center, Cusco - 2023". The scope of the study was correlational with a quantitative approach, nonexperimental

cross-sectional design. The population and sample consisted of 72 people working at the health center. The technique was the survey, and the instrument was the questionnaire. Results: 72 health workers from the assistance area of the Belenpampa Health Center, in charge of capturing respiratory symptoms, were evaluated. where it was evidenced that The factors associated with the uptake of respiratory symptoms in the personnel of the Belenpampa Health Center are personal and institutional factors, a significance of 0.024 was obtained, which is less than 0.05, therefore, personal factors are significantly associated with the uptake of respiratory symptoms and a significance of 0.003 was obtained, which is less than 0.05, which refers that institutional factors are significantly associated with the uptake of respiratory symptoms. With these findings, the alternative hypothesis is accepted and the null hypothesis is rejected.
