Control interno y la gestión administrativa en la oficina de logística de laMunicipalidad Distrital de Yucay – 2019

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación titulado “Control interno y la gestión administrativa en la oficina de logística de la Municipalidad Distrital de Yucay - 2019”, tiene como objetivo general determinar la relación entre el control interno y la gestión administrativa en la oficina de logística. La metodología de esta presente investigación fue descriptiva y correlacional, de tipo básica, enfoque cuantitativo y con un diseño no experimental. La técnica que se utilizó fue a través de una revisión documentaria y una encuesta de tipo Likert, a su vez los instrumentos empleados fueron la ficha de revisión documentaria y el cuestionario, la fiabilidad de los instrumentos se midió por medio de la estadística del Alfa de Cronbach, teniendo para los ítems de la primera variable el valor de 0,945 y para la segunda variable el valor de 0,872; a partir de todo ello se llegó a la conclusión siguiente: Con la aplicación de la prueba estadística Chi – cuadrado al 95% de confianza, el valor obtenido fue de P = 0,005 que es un valor menor a 0,05, además en la aplicación de la escala de interpretación del coeficiente de correlación de Spearman el grado de relación es positiva con 𝑟 = 0.738, lo que indica que, existe una correlación positiva considerable entre el control interno y la gestión administrativa en la oficina de logística de la Municipalidad Distrital de Yucay – 2019.

This research work, entitled “Internal control and administrative management in the logistics office of the District Municipality of Yucay – 2019”, has the general objective of determining the relationship between internal control and administrative management in the logistics office. The methodology of this research was descriptive and correlational, basic type, quantitative approach and with a non-experimental design. The technique used was through a documentary review and a Likert-type survey, in turn the instruments used were the documentary review form and the questionnaire, the reliability of the instruments was measured by means of the Cronbach's Alpha statistic, having for the items of the first variable the value of 0.945 and for the second variable the value of 0.872; from all this the following conclusion was reached: With the application of the Chi-square statistical test at 95% confidence, the value obtained was P = 0.005, which is a value less than 0.05, in addition to the application of the interpretation scale of the Spearman coincidence coefficient the degree of relationship is positive with r = 0.738, which indicates that there is considerable positive confirmation between internal control and administrative management in the logistics office of the District Municipality of Yucay - 2019
