Factores personales e institucionales relacionados con la actitud hacia la investigación en enfermeras (os) del Hospital Antonio Lorena, Cusco 2023

Abstract

Investigación titulada “FACTORES PERSONALES E INSTITUCIONALESRELACIONADOS CON LA ACTITUD HACIA LA INVESTIGACIÓN EN ENFERMERAS (OS) DEL HOSPITAL ANTONIO LORENA, CUSCO 2023” cuyoobjetivo fue establecer la relación de los factores personales e institucionales con laactitud hacia la investigación en enfermeras (os) del Hospital Antonio Lorena, Cusco 2023. La metodología fue de alcance correlacional, diseño no experimental y transversal;la muestra estuvo conformada por 110 profesionales de enfermería a quienes se les aplicó una encuesta usando como instrumento un cuestionario. Los resultados mostraron que el 67,3% de enfermeras (os) presenta una actitud negativahacia la investigación y 32,7% una actitud positiva. En los factores personales se encontró relación significativa para: obtención de título profesional (p=0.005), grado académico (0.000), actividad docente (p=0.000) y capacitación personal en metodologíade investigación (p=0.000) con la actitud hacia la investigación; por otro lado en losfactores institucionales se halló relación significativa para: la facilidad que da el serviciopara investigar (p=0.000), el hospital realiza cursos de capacitación (p=0.000), el hospital brinda facilidad para investigar (p=0.000), se realiza investigaciones del hospital (p=0.000), el hospital promueve la investigación (p=0.000), Le interesa recibir cursos deinvestigación por parte del hospital (p=0.000) con la actitud hacia la investigación.

Research titled "PERSONAL AND INSTITUTIONAL FACTORS RELATED TO ATTITUDES TOWARDS RESEARCH IN NURSES OF THE ANTONIO LORENA HOSPITAL, CUSCO 2023" aimed to establish the relationship between personal and institutional factors and attitudes towards research in nurses of the Antonio Lorena Hospital, Cusco 2023. The methodology was correlational in scope, with a nonexperimental

and cross-sectional design; the sample consisted of 110 nursing professionals who were surveyed using a questionnaire as an instrument. The results showed that 67.3% of nurses have a negative attitude towards research and 32.7% have a positive attitude. Significant relationships were found in personal factors such as: obtaining a professional degree (p=0.005), academic degree (0.000), teaching activity (p=0.000) and personal training in research methodology (p=0.000) with the attitude towards research; on the other hand, in the institutional factors, a significant relationship was found for: the ease that the service provides for research (p=0.000), the hospital carries out training courses (p=0.000), the hospital provides ease for research (p=0.000), research is conducted by the hospital (p=0.000), the hospital promotes research (p=0.000), there is interest in receiving research courses from the hospital (p=0.000) with the attitude towards research.
