Nivel de morosidad del crédito y desarrollo empresarial en la Asociación Mutualista del personal de sub oficiales y especialistas de servicios de la Policia Nacional del Perú en la ciudad del Cusco - Periodo 2014.

Abstract

En el año de 1927 por Resolución Suprema se crea la Asociación de Socorro Mutuo de la Guardia Civil y Policía presidida por la primera Junta Ejecutiva encabezado por el Señor. General Pedro Martínez; En 1990 se adopta la denominación de Asociación Mutualista del Personal de Sub Alterno de la PNP en adecuación a la modificación de la Constitución Política del Perú y en el año de 1992 se adopta la denominación de Asociación Mutualista del Personal de Sub Oficiales y Especialistas de Servicios de la PNP en adecuación a la estructura de la PNP.

Desde entonces la ASOCIACIÓN MUTUALISTA DEL PERSONAL DE SUB OFICIALES Y ESPECIALISTAS DE SERVICIOS DE LA POLICIA NACIONAL DEL PERÚ o “AMPSOES-PNP” opera como una Asociación Civil, como persona jurídica de derecho privado, que otorga Beneficios Mutuales y Servicios a sus asociados; realizando para ello Actos Asociativos Internos de Mutua Cooperación, como el Servicio de Auxilio Económico, Beneficios por pase a situación de retiro o muerte, así como el otorgamiento de créditos, en referencia a lo último cabe mencionar que los créditos que otorga a sus asociados oscila entre 500.00 y 15.000 soles de acuerdo a los años de aportación con una tasa de interés entre el 1.9%, 2.1% y 2.3% mensual, durante este tiempo las situación financiera de la institución La morosidad es uno de los problemas principales que toda entidad financiera enfrenta; provoca diversos efectos negativos; afecta su estabilidad e impide su desarrollo. El presente estudio de Investigación de Nivel Descriptivo Correlacional ha sido realizado en LA ASOCIACIÓN MUTUALISTA DEL PERSONAL DE SUB OFICIALES Y ESPECIALISTAS DE SERVICIOS DE LA POLICÍA NACIONAL DEL PERÚ EN LA CIUDAD DEL CUSCO PERIODO 2014; para lo cual , en el Capítulo I se plantea el problema de Investigación los objetivos y la justificación del estudio que muestran la importancia del análisis realizado en beneficio de la Institución ; En el Capítulo II se presenta el antecedente encontrado , la base teórica conceptual que da sustento al estudio , las hipótesis ; el Tercer Capítulo se presenta la Metodología empleada para llevar a cabo el estudio ; en este Capítulo se presentan las técnicas e instrumentos empleados , en especial la revisión documental practicada al Estados de Situación Financiera de la institución cuyo análisis permitió probar la hipótesis ; el Capítulo IV presenta los resultados de la investigación mediante la estadística ; los resultados de la encuesta se obtuvieron mediante el procesamiento de la hoja de datos , hoja Excel y SPSS.; El estudio analizó la morosidad y su relación con el desarrollo empresarial de esta asociación habiéndose establecido: el nivel, las causas y consecuencias , así mismo se presentan las conclusiones y recomendaciones
