dc.description.abstract | El trabajo de investigación: “Factores relacionados a la adherencia del tratamiento
antituberculosos en pacientes atendidos, Red de servicios de Salud Cusco Sur 2022”, tuvo
como objetivo fue determinar los factores relacionados a la adherencia al tratamiento
antituberculoso en pacientes atendidos en la Red de Servicios de Salud Cusco Sur 2022,
el estudio fue cuantitativo, descriptivo correlacional y diseño prospectivo, la población
muestral fue de 40 pacientes atendidos en los diferentes Centros de Salud de la Red de
Servicios de Salud Cusco Sur 2022.
Resultados: En cuanto a los factores personales el 55% tiene entre los 18 a 30 años, 65%
es de sexo femenino, 52,5 % tiene estudios superiores, 95% no tiene hábitos nocivos,
57,5% no tiene ningún antecedente patológico, 32.5% tienen un trabajo dependiente, 40%
son solteros, en cuanto a los factores familiares, 57.5% vive con sus hijos y parejas, 70%
tiene un ingreso económico familiar de más de S/1026 nuevos soles, el 82% tiene un
apoyo con el control y el tratamiento de su enfermedad, el 57,5% tiene una vivienda
propia , 90% cada miembro tiene su propio cuarto, en relación a los factores sociales,
57,5% viene de zona rural, 50% tiene una buena relación interpersonal, en cuanto a los
factores organizacionales, 90% indica que hay empatía del personal de salud hacia el
paciente
Los resultados hallados muestran que 72.5% de la población adhiere al tratamiento
antituberculoso.
La prueba estadística de chi cuadro da un valor de p = 0.016 mostrando una relación
significativa entre el ingreso económico familiar mensual y la adherencia el tratamiento
antituberculoso de la misma forma el tipo tenencia de vivienda tiene de un valor de p = 0.017 mostrando una relación significativa con la adherencia al tratamiento

dc.description.abstract | The research work: "Factors related to adherence to anti-tuberculosis treatment in patients
treated, Red de Servicios de Salud Cusco Sur 2022", whose objective was to determine
the factors related to adherence to antituberculous treatment in patients treated in the Red
de Servicios de Salud Cusco Sur 2022, the study is of a quantitative, descriptive
correlational and prospective design approach, the sample population 40 patients treated
in the different Health Centers of the Red de Servicios Cusco Sur 2022.
Results: Regarding personal factors: 55% are between 18 and 30 years old, 65% are
female, 52.5% have higher education, 95% do not have harmful habits, 57.5% do not
have any pathological history, 32.5% have a dependent job, 40% are single, in terms of
family factors, 57.5% live with their children and partners, 70% have a family income of
more than 1,026 soles, 82% have support with control and treatment of their illness,
57.5% have their own home, 90% each member has their own room. Social factors: 57.5%
come from a rural area, 50% have a good interpersonal relationship. Organizational
factors, 90% indicate that there is empathy from health personnel towards the patient.
The results found show that 72.5% of the population adheres to antituberculous treatment.
The chi square statistical test gives a value of p = 0.016, showing a significant relationship
between monthly family economic income and adherence to tuberculosis treatment, in
the same way, the type of home ownership has a value of p = 0.017, showing a significant
