La vigencia tecnológica en los centros de trabajo y el futuro del mercado laboral en el Perú

Abstract

En el Perú, la vigencia tecnológica (avance tecnológico) en los centros de trabajo ha tenido implicancia notable en el mercado laboral, tal es el caso de las entidades financieras que determinan su competitividad en la oferta y la demanda, quienes con la tecnología ofrecen a sus clientes realizar sus transacciones y tramites desde la comodidad de sus hogares, sin necesidad de realizar largas colas. Situación que según encuesta realizada genera la robotización laboral y reducción de recursos humanos. Además, se analiza el D.S N° 003-97-TR, que genera una desconfianza y desprotección laboral. El objetivo principal de esta investigación es “diagnosticar si la vigencia tecnológica en los centros de trabajo afectara el futuro del mercado laboral en el Perú”, orientándose a las autoridades avocadas a la protección de derechos laborales, que puedan plantear alternativas de solución a futuro. Por el tipo de investigación básica lo que buscamos es proporcionar fundamentos teóricos y conceptuales al problema planteado. Adicionalmente se aplica un nivel de investigación descriptivo exploratorio que describirán las categorías que conforman el problema para luego demostrar las hipótesis planteadas y al mismo tiempo explicar cómo es la realidad. Llegando a la conclusión que el Perú en el contexto actual en el que nos encontramos, está y estará caracterizado por el trabajo remoto o teletrabajo, ya que los empleadores se ven en la necesidad de implementar programas informáticos para ejecutar el trabajo remoto. Es así que en el caso de las entidades bancarias y financieras, el avance tecnológico y el internet son también aliados indispensables, ya que cada vez son más las entidades que realizan fuertes inversiones en innovación tecnológica para ofrecer servicios de toda índole, mediante una llamada telefónica, un mensaje de texto, con el uso de aplicativos, la billetera electrónica o a través de las redes sociales, servicios que antes solo se podían brindar acudiendo a una plataforma de manera presencial. Hecho que viene generando una precarización laboral al interior de las entidades financieras, puesto que también la inteligencia artificial viene reemplazando al ser humano; y consecuente e inexorablemente hará que los puestos de trabajo en este sector ocupacional se reduzcan.

Due to the type of basic research, what we seek is to provide theoretical and conceptual foundations to the problem posed. Additionally, a descriptive exploratory level of research is applied that will describe the categories that make up the problem to later demonstrate the hypotheses and at the same time explain what reality is like. Coming to the conclusion that Peru in the current context in which we find ourselves, is and will be characterized by remote work or teleworking, since employers are in need of implementing computer programs to carry out remote work. Thus, in the case of banking and financial entities, technological advances and the Internet are also essential allies, since more and more entities are investing heavily in technological innovation to offer services of all kinds, through a phone call. , a text message, with the use of applications, the electronic wallet or through social networks, services that previously could only be provided by going to a platform in person. A fact that has been generating job insecurity within financial institutions, since artificial intelligence has also been replacing the human being; and consequently and inexorably it will cause the jobs in this occupational sector to be reduced.
