Arbitrios municipales y la determinación de costos de servicio en la Municipalidad Distrital de San Sebastián periodo 2019

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación intitulado “Arbitrios municipales y la determinación de costos de servicio en la Municipalidad Distrital de San Sebastián periodo 2019” Cuyo objetivo general fue determinar el costo de los arbitrios municipales por los servicios públicos en la Municipalidad Distrital de San Sebastián al periodo 2019. La metodología utilizada en la presente investigación fue: Tipo, básica; enfoque, cuantitativo; diseño, no experimental; alcance, descriptivo. La población y muestra fue constituida por toda la documentación referida a los arbitrios municipales proveniente de la Gerencia de Servicios Sociales y Medio Ambiente en la Municipalidad Distrital San Sebastián. La técnica aplicada en la investigación fue dada por medio del análisis documental mediante el instrumento de fichas de análisis documental. La investigación concluye que el costo por los arbitrios municipales por los servicios en la Municipalidad Distrital de San Sebastián al periodo 2019 fue distribuido por: El arbitrio municipal por servicio por limpieza pública, representó un costo total por S/ 3,304,700.44; cuya fijación del costo fue dado de acuerdo a los metros lineales (ML) de frontis por predio afecto para el barrido de calles, y metros cuadrados (M2) del predio afecto para el cálculo de tasa por recojo de residuos sólidos y disposición final de los residuos sólidos recolectados. El arbitrio municipal por el servicio público de parques y jardines, representó un costo total por S/ 1,988,682.85; cuya fijación del costo fue dado de acuerdo al cálculo basado en la distribución del costo entre el número total de 25,465 predios en los 14 sectores, específicamente tomando como referencia los metros cuadrados (M2) declarados en el predio urbano según su distancia al parque, plaza o áreas verdes de cada zona. El arbitrio municipal por el servicio público seguridad ciudadana, representó un costo total por S/ 2,162,361.64, cuya fijación del costo fue dado de acuerdo a un cálculo basado en la distribución del costo entre el número total de 25,465 predios.
