Diseño de un plan de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para reducir el riesgo de contagio del Covid-19 en los trabajadores del área de infraestructura de la Municipalidad Distrital de Challabamba - Paucartambo, 2020

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo diseñar un plan de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para reducir el riesgo de contagio del COVID-19 en los trabajadores del área de infraestructura de la Municipalidad Distrital de Challabamba – Paucartambo, 2020. Para lo cual, se realizó una metodología aplicada, descriptiva, propositiva, no experimental y transversal; población y muestra 137 trabajadores administrativos y de obra de la Municipalidad Distrital de Challabamba – Paucartambo, los instrumentos que se utilizaron fueron el cuestionario y ficha de observación. Teniendo como resultado principal que, el protocolo para el tratamiento del COVID-19, se encuentra en una etapa primaria, el mismo que no transciende en las demás aristas que componen su plan de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo; para lo cual fue necesario una realizar una propuesta de actualización del plan del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para el área de Infraestructura de la Municipalidad Distrital de Challabamba, bajo el contexto del COVID-19, con la finalidad de mitigar el riesgo de contagio en los trabajadores.

The objective of this research work was to design a safety and health plan at work to reduce the risk of contagion of COVID-19 in workers in the infrastructure area of the District Municipality of Challabamba - Paucartambo, 2020. For which, an applied, descriptive, purposeful, no-experimental, and transversal methodology was carried out; population and sample 137 administrative and construction workers of the District Municipality of Challabamba - Paucartambo, the instruments used were the questionnaire and observation sheet. Having as main result that, the protocol for the treatment of COVID-19, is in a primary stage, the same that does not transcend in the other edges that make up its Safety and Health at Work plan; for which it was necessary to carry out a proposal to update the occupational health and safety management system plan for the Infrastructure area of the District Municipality of Challabamba, under the context of COVID-19, in order to reduce the risk of contagion in workers.
