Nivel de conocimiento del personal profesional de enfermería en la atención al paciente Covid 19 en área UCI del Hospital Nacional Adolfo Guevara Velasco; 2021

Abstract

La presente investigación titulada “NIVEL DE CONOCIMIENTO DEL PERSONAL PROFESIONAL DE ENFERMERÍA EN LA ATENCIÓN AL PACIENTE COVID 19 EN ÁREA UCI DEL HOSPITAL NACIONAL ADOLFO GUEVARA VELASCO; 2021”. Tuvo como Objetivo: Identificar el nivel de conocimiento del personal profesional de Enfermería en la atención al paciente COVID 19 en el Hospital Nacional Adolfo Guevara Velasco 2021. Metodología: El estudio es de tipo transversal descriptivo, de naturaleza cuantitativa, no experimental. La población muestral estuvo conformada por 35 enfermeras pertenecientes al Hospital Nacional Adolfo Guevara Velasco ESSALUD, Cusco, que laboran en área de UCI. La selección se realizó en base a criterios de inclusión y exclusión por medio de muestreo no probabilístico intensional, como instrumento de recolección de datos se utilizó el cuestionario con preguntas cerradas. Conclusiones: Se concluyo que respecto a la edad el 37,1% oscilan entre 36-45 años de edad y el 22,9% oscilan entre 46-55 años. En cuanto a los resultados del sexo que predomina se concluye que el 57,1% son masculino. En cuanto a la experiencia laboral se encontró un 25,7% tienen experiencia laboral de 8-10 años y el 25,7% tienen 1 año de experiencia mientras que el 17,1% de 5-7 años. Por otro lado, los resultados del nivel de conocimiento del profesional de enfermería en la atención del paciente COVID 19 en área UCI se obtuvo un 68, 57% posee un nivel de conocimiento medio, mientras que el 31,43% posee un nivel de conocimiento alto.

The present research entitled "LEVEL OF KNOWLEDGE OF PROFESSIONAL NURSING STAFF IN THE CARE OF PATIENT COVID 19 IN THE ICU AREA OF ADOLFO GUEVARA VELASCO NATIONAL HOSPITAL; 2021". Its objective was to identify the level of knowledge of the professional nursing staff in the care of the COVID 19 patient at the Adolfo Guevara Velasco National Hospital 2021. Methodology: The present study is of descriptive cross-sectional type, quantitative in nature, not experimental. The sample population was made up of 35 nurses belonging to the Adolfo Guevara Velasco National Hospital ESSALUD, Cusco, who work in the ICU area. The selection was made based on inclusion and exclusion criteria by means of intensive nonprobabilistic sampling, and the questionnaire with closed questions was used as a data

collection instrument. Conclusions: It was concluded that 37.1% of the population ranged
