El estudio titulado “Calidad de vida y su relación con la adherencia al tratamiento
en pacientes con insuficiencia renal crónica del Hospital Antonio Lorena Cusco
2022” cuyo objetivo fue establecer la relación entre la calidad de vida y el nivel de
adherencia al tratamiento de hemodiálisis en pacientes con insuficiencia renal
crónica del Hospital Antonio Lorena Cusco 2022. El estudio fue de alcance
correlacional, diseño no experimental de tipo transversal que consideró una
muestra de 33 pacientes con Insuficiencia Renal Crónica, a los que se les aplicó el
instrumento SF-36 de calidad de vida y el Cuestionario de Adherencia al tratamiento
de Morales G. del 2017.
Dentro de los resultados se encontró que los pacientes con Enfermedad Renal
crónica 42,42% tiene entre 50 y 59 años; 52,52% son del sexo Femenino; 66,67%
provienen de Cusco; 54,55% tiene entre 1 y 2 años de tratamiento con hemodiálisis
y 30,30% son solteros y casados respectivamente. En la calidad de vida 45,45%
tiene una calidad de vida regular; 39,36% Bueno y 15,15% malo; con relación al
tratamiento 42,42% presenta una Adherencia adecuada; 39,39% media y 18,18%
insuficiente. Se encontró una asociación significativa Chi=12,435 y un valor de
p=0,014, entre la calidad de vida con el nivel de adherencia al tratamiento.
