El objetivo principal de la presente investigación fue describir la aplicación del
análisis financiero y la toma de decisiones en el grifo “El Gato” provincia de Canas –
Cusco al periodo 2018 - 2020. La metodología utilizada en la investigación fue de nivel
básico; enfoque, cuantitativo; diseño, no experimental; alcance, descriptivo. La población
estuvo constituida por documentos financieros (Estado de Situación Financiera; Estado de
resultados) y 03 personas (01 Gerente, 01 contador, 01 administrador) en cuya técnica
muestral fue “no probabilística”. Las técnicas de estudio fueron: Hojas de trabajo y (01)
cuestionario de 29 preguntas. El presente estudio concluyó que, mediante la aplicación del
análisis financiero que fue realizado de acuerdo al análisis porcentual y comparativo el
valor de sus activos disminuyeron su valor en 2.06%; los pasivos disminuyeron al 13.30%;
el patrimonio incrementó su valor en 4.66% (Ver tabla 75-76). Así mismo mediante la
aplicación de razones financieras se define que la empresa no presentó problemas de
liquidez, gestión, endeudamiento ya en su mayoría los resultados fueron “aceptables” y
“óptimos”. No obstante, los resultados fueron “insuficientes” en su rentabilidad. En cuanto
a su toma de decisiones fueron categorizados como “bueno” dado que, la toma de
decisiones programadas tuvo como resultados en una categoría "muy bueno” y las
decisiones no programadas un estado “deficiente”. The present investigation entitled "The application of financial analysis and

whose main objective was to describe the application of financial analysis and decision
making. decisions in the tap "El Gato" province of Canas - Cusco for the period 2018 -
2020. Regarding the methodology of the investigation, it was basic level; approach,
quantitative; design, not experimental; scope, descriptive. The population to be used were
considered financial documents (statement of financial position; income statement) and 03
people (01 manager, 01 accountant, 01 administrator); A sampling technique was not
applied, therefore it was not probabilistic. The study techniques were: Worksheets and (01)
questionnaire of 29 questions. The present study concludes that through the application of
the financial analysis according to the percentage and comparative analysis, it was
"favorable" since in said procedures it is defined that by 2020, the assets decreased their
value by 2.06%; liabilities decreased to 13.30%; equity increased its value by 4.66% (See
table 75-76). Likewise, through the application of financial ratios, it is defined that the
company does not present problems of liquidity, management, indebtedness and, for the
most part, the results were "acceptable" and "optimal". However, the results were
"insufficient" in its profitability, in terms of its decision-making it was categorized as
"good" since the programmed decision-making resulted in a "very good" status and the
non-scheduled decisions a "very good" status. "deficient".
