Trabajo remoto y desempeño laboral del personal administrativo en la Dirección Regional de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo Cusco 2021

La investigación se realizó en la Dirección Regional de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo
Cusco, tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación entre el trabajo remoto y el
desempeño laboral del personal administrativo en la Dirección Regional de Trabajo y
Promoción del Empleo Cusco 2021; el estudio es de tipo básico, con un enfoque cuantitativo,
de diseño no experimental, y de alcance descriptivo correlacional; la muestra comprende 80
trabajadores administrativos, a quienes se aplicó el cuestionario de 55 preguntas, para evaluar
la fiabilidad interna del cuestionario se aplicó la técnica estadística Índice de Consistencia
Interna alpha de Cronbach. Los resultados a los que arribo la investigación son los siguientes:
se puede afirmar que el trabajo remoto se relacionan con el desempeño laboral, donde el grado
de relación mediante la correlación de Spearman es 35.1%; asimismo se puede afirmar que
existe relación entre la identificación de equipos de trabajo y el desempeño laboral, donde el
grado de relación mediante la correlación de Spearman es 29.3%; de igual forma se puede
afirmar que existe relación entre el establecimiento de metodología para facilitar el trabajo
remoto y el desempeño laboral, donde el grado de relación mediante la correlación de
Spearman es 28.8%; así mismo se puede afirmar que existe relación entre reuniones de
organización y el desempeño laboral, donde el grado de relación mediante la correlación de
Spearman es 27.2%; finalmente se puede afirmar que existe relación entre realizar seguimiento
y el desempeño laboral, donde el grado de relación mediante la correlación de Spearman es de
15.1%. The research was carried out in the Regional Directorate of Labor and Employment Promotion
Cusco, its general objective was to determine the relationship between remote work and the
work performance of administrative staff in the Regional Directorate of Labor and
Employment Promotion Cusco 2021; The study is of a basic type, with a quantitative approach,
of a non-experimental design, and of a correlational descriptive scope; The sample comprises
80 administrative workers, to whom the 55-question questionnaire was applied. To assess the
internal reliability of the questionnaire, the statistical technique Cronbach's alpha Internal
Consistency Index was applied. The results of the research are the following: it can be stated
that remote work is related to job performance, where the degree of relationship through
Spearman's correlation is 35.1%; Likewise, it can be affirmed that there is a relationship
between the identification of work teams and job performance, where the degree of relationship
through the Spearman correlation is 29.3%; Similarly, it can be stated that there is a relationship
between the establishment of a methodology to facilitate remote work and job performance,
where the degree of relationship through the Spearman correlation is 28.8%; Likewise, it can
be affirmed that there is a relationship between organization meetings and job performance,
where the degree of relationship through the Spearman correlation is 27.2%; Finally, it can be
affirmed that there is a relationship between monitoring and job performance, where the degree
of relationship using the Spearman correlation is 15.1%.
