dc.description.abstract | Tuvo como objetivo determinar el nivel de
satisfacción de los usuarios atendidos en el servicio de emergencia del Hospital II-
E Túpac Amaru Cusco 2021. La metodología fue descriptiva de diseño no
experimental, transversal; la muestra estuvo conformada por 114 usuarios
seleccionados aleatoriamente que acudieron al servicio de emergencia.
Los resultados hallados mostraron que el 82,8% de los encuestados fueron
personas en condición de usuario, 65,6% presentó edades entre 27 a 59 años,
60,3% fueron de sexo femenino, 56,0% presentaron estudios secundarios, 69,8%
presentaron seguro integral de salud y 55,2% fueron usuarios de tipo continuador.
Al evaluar el nivel de satisfacción del usuario atendido en el servicio de emergencia
en la dimensión de fiabilidad se encontró que el 45,7% de usuarios se encontraban
indiferentes con la atención recibida, el 56,0% estuvo en desacuerdo con la
dimensión capacidad de respuesta, el 43,1% se mostró indiferente frente a la
dimensión seguridad en la atención, el 44,8% se halló indiferente ante la dimensión
empatía, el 48,3% estuvo en desacuerdo con la dimensión de aspectos tangibles.
Finalmente, en relación con el nivel de satisfacción 75,0% de usuarios presentaron
un nivel de satisfacción indiferente, 22,4% un nivel insatisfecho y 2,6% un nivel

dc.description.abstract | Had the objective of determining the level of satisfaction of
the users attended in the emergency service of the Hospital II-E TÚPAC AMARU
Cusco 2021. The methodology was descriptive, non-experimental, cross-sectional
design; the sample consisted of 114 randomly selected users who attended the
emergency service.
The results showed that 82.8% of those surveyed were users, 65.6% were between
27 and 59 years of age, 60.3% were female, 56.0% had secondary education,
69.8% had comprehensive health insurance and 55.2% were continuing users.
When evaluating the level of satisfaction of the users attended in the emergency
service in the reliability dimension, it was found that 45.7% of users were indifferent
to the care received, 56.0% disagreed with the responsiveness dimension, 43.1%
were indifferent to the safety dimension of care, 44.8% were indifferent to the
empathy dimension, and 48.3% disagreed with the tangible aspects dimension.
Finally, regarding the level of satisfaction, 75.0% of users were indifferent, 22.4%
were dissatisfied and 2.6% were satisfied. | en_US |
