Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar el nivel de bruxismo relacionado a
estrés laboral en los trabajadores de la Municipalidad Distrital de Chinchero, Urubamba-
2021, se realizó un estudio de tipo no experimental, correlacional y transversal, con un
enfoque cuantitativo. La población a estudiar fue de 70 trabajadores entre mujeres y
hombres que están dentro del rango de edad de 20-60 años. Los instrumentos de
recolección de datos fueron dos cuestionarios; el primero fue el Índice de Reactividad
de estrés (IRE-32) que consta de 32 preguntas y el segundo un cuestionario para
diagnosticar el bruxismo de 15 preguntas; también se aplicó un consentimiento
informado. Llegando a las siguientes conclusiones que, si existe relación
estadísticamente media entre las variables bruxismo y estrés, además se observó que
el 36% de los que padecieron bruxismo fue de forma leve, el 22% padecieron bruxismo
moderado y el 15,4% bruxismo severo; en cuanto al estrés el 21% padece de estrés
bajo, un 48,6% estrés moderado y un 30,4% estrés alto. También que, según el sexo,
en el sexo masculino 14 presentaron bruxismo leve, 4 bruxismo moderado y 5 bruxismo
severo, en cuanto al sexo femenino 11 presentaron bruxismo leve, 11 bruxismo
moderado y 6 bruxismo severo; siendo el sexo femenino el de mayor prevalencia de
bruxismo así mismo en cuanto a la edad el grupo etario los de 20-30 fue con la mayor
prevalencia de bruxismo. En relacion al estrés se pudo determinar que dela población
estudiada el 21% presento un estrés bajo, el 48,6% estrés moderado y un 30,4% estrés
alto, en cuanto al sexo se determinó que el sexo masculino fue el predominante y en
cuanto al rango de edad se determinó que los grupos de 20-30 y 31-40 años fueron los
de mayor prevalencia. The objective of this research was to determine the level of bruxism related to
work stress in the workers of the District Municipality of Chinchero, Urubamba-
2021, a non-experimental, correlational and cross-sectional study was carried
out, with a quantitative approach. The population to study was 70 workers
between women and men who are within the age range of 20-60 years. The data
collection instruments were two questionnaires; the first was the Stress Reactivity
Index (IRE-32) consisting of 32 questions and the second a questionnaire to
diagnose bruxism of 15 questions; an informed consent was also applied.
Reaching the following conclusions that, if there is a statistically average
relationship between the bruxism and stress variables, it was also observed that
36% of those who suffered bruxism was mild, 22% suffered moderate bruxism
and 15.4% severe bruxism; Regarding stress, 21% suffer from low stress, 48.6%
moderate stress and 30.4% high stress. Also, according to sex, in the male sex,
