Conocimiento y práctica sobre prevención de problemas de lenguaje de niños de 2 a 3 años, en madres del Cs. San Jerónimo Cusco 2021

La presente investigación titulada: “CONOCIMIENTO Y PRÁCTICA SOBRE
PREVENCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS DE LENGUAJE DE NIÑOS DE 2 A 3 AÑOS,
EN MADRES DEL C.S SAN JERÓNIMO CUSCO 2021” Tuvo por objetivo
determinar el nivel de conocimiento y práctica sobre prevención de problemas de
lenguaje en niños de 2 a 3 años. Donde el estudio fue descriptivo, transversal y
de alcance prospectivo. Con una población de 180 madres que acudieron al
Centro de Salud San Jerónimo, siendo la muestra 78 madres. Los criterios de
inclusión fueron madres con niños de 2 a 3 años que firmaron voluntariamente el
consentimiento informado, dentro de los criterios de exclusión estaba constituido
por madres que se negaron a participar. El tipo de muestreo fue el no
probabilístico. La técnica empleada fue la entrevista, su instrumento el
cuestionario donde fue validado por 3 expertos, de las cuales se aplicó la prueba
de confiabilidad al instrumento y se calculó en base a Alfa de Cron Bach.
RESULTADOS:
De la investigación se obtuvo que el 47,4% de las madres de 26 a 35 años; 80,8%
son convivientes; 52,6% tienen estudios secundarios; 42,3% tienen un trabajo
independiente; 57,7% poseen 2 hijos y 80,8% hablaban quechua y castellano.
Sobre el conocimiento de prevención de problemas de lenguaje el 84,6% de las
madres posee un conocimiento bajo y 15,4% tiene un conocimiento regular; sobre
las prácticas de prevención el 88,5% de las madres tienen inadecuadas prácticas
para la prevención de problemas de lenguaje; 10,3% refiere prácticas regulares y
1,3% tiene una práctica adecuada. The current investigation titled: “KNOWLEDGE AND PRACTICE ON
PREVENTION OF LANGUAGE PROBLEMS OF CHILDREN AGED 2 TO 3
YEARS OLD, IN MADRES DEL CS SAN JERÓNIMO CUSCO 2021” Its objective
was to determine the level of knowledge and practice on the prevention of
language problems in children from 2 to 3 years old. Where the study was
descriptive, cross-sectional and prospective in scope. With a population of 180
mothers who attended the San Jerónimo Health Center, the sample being 78
mothers. The inclusion criteria were mothers with children aged 2 to 3 years who
voluntarily signed the informed consent, within the exclusion criteria were mothers
who refused to participate. The type of sampling was non-probabilistic. The
technique used was the interview, its instrument the questionnaire where it was
validated by 3 experts, of which the reliability test was applied to the instrument
and it was calculated based on Cron Bach's Alpha.
RESULTS:
From the investigation it was obtained that 47.4% of mothers between 26 and 35
years old; 80.8% are cohabiting; 52.6% have secondary education; 42.3% have
an independent job; 57.7% have 2 children and 80.8% spoke Quechua and
Spanish. About knowledge of prevention of language problems, 84.6% of mothers
have low knowledge and 15.4% have regular knowledge; Regarding prevention
practices, 88.5% of the mothers have inadequate practices for the prevention of
language problems; 10.3% refer regular practices and 1.3% have an adequate
practice.
