Saldo a favor del exportador y la liquidez de la Empresa INALA de puerto Maldonado, periodo 2019

Abstract

Las empresas exportadoras contribuyen al crecimiento económico en los países en vías de desarrollo. El presente trabajo de investigación intitulado “SALDO A FAVOR DEL EXPORTADOR Y LA LIQUIDEZ DE LA EMPRESA INALA DE PUERTO MALDONADO, PERIODO 2019.” Tiene como problema general ¿Cuál es la situación del Saldo a Favor del Exportador y la liquidez en la empresa Inala de la provincia de Puerto Maldonado, periodo 2019? Y como Objetivo General, Determinar la situación del Saldo a Favor del Exportador y la liquidez en la empresa Inala de la provincia de Puerto Maldonado, periodo 2019. Para este propósito se ha previsto que metodológicamente sea una investigación básica, descriptiva, cuantitativa y no experimental, teniendo en cuenta que la población está compuesta por la documentación contable-tributaria que se encuentra en el área de Contabilidad de la Empresa Inala EIRL periodo 2019 y dos (2) colaboradores que son el Contador y el Gerente General. (Capítulo I y III) En lo que respecta a su fundamento teórico, se consideró la normativa tributaria donde se abarca aspectos reguladores, técnicos y jurisprudencial en el marco normativo del Saldo a Favor del Exportador, la ley de la Amazonia N°27307, conceptos sobre finanzas y lo que respecta a la liquidez. Donde contribuyen al marco conceptual para aclarar el panorama de la estructura central del trabajo de investigación. (Capitulo II) El desarrollo de la investigación y la explicación de los resultados de la investigación están sustentados en los instrumentos que se aplicaron, como la Guía de Análisis Documentario el Cuestionario, Guía de Entrevista los mismos que poseen una serie de datos que han sido procesados, analizados e interpretados. (Capitulo IV) Se concluye la presente investigación con la exposición de las conclusiones y recomendaciones a las cuales se pretende proponer a la empresa y que las tome en consideración. Se elaboró esta tesis con la finalidad de que posteriores investigadores tomen este trabajo de investigación como soporte a sus proyectos futuros.

For this purpose, it has been planned that methodologically it will be a basic, descriptive, quantitative and non-experimental research, taking into account that the population is composed of the accounting-tax documentation found in the Accounting area of the Inala EIRL Company period 2019 and two (2) collaborators who are the Accountant and the General Manager. (Chapter I and III) Regarding its theoretical foundation, the tax regulations were considered, which cover regulatory, technical and jurisprudential aspects in the regulatory framework of the balance in favor of the exporter, the Amazon Law No. 27307, concepts on finances and what concerns to liquidity. Where they contribute to the conceptual framework to clarify the panorama of the central structure of the research work. (Chapter II) The development of the research and the explanation of the research results are supported by the instruments that were applied, such as the Documentary Analysis Guide, the Questionnaire, the Interview Guide, which have a series of data that have been processed, analyzed and interpreted. (Chapter IV) The present investigation is concluded with the presentation of the conclusions, recommendations to which it is intended to propose to the company, and that it takes them into consideration. This thesis was elaborated with the purpose that later researchers take this research work as support to their future projects.
