Fiscalización del otorgamiento de licencias de funcionamiento en la Municipalidad Distrital de Wanchaq en tiempos de emergencia sanitaria y su influencia en el bienestar de la población, periodo 2020-2021

Abstract

Se considera a una licencia de funcionamiento como la autorización que otorga la municipalidad para el desarrollo de cualquier actividad económica comercial, y es a favor del titular mismo, lo que se pretende conocer con la presente investigación es analizar de qué manera se realiza la fiscalización del otorgamiento de licencias de funcionamiento en la Municipalidad Distrital de Wanchaq en tiempos de emergencia sanitaria y cómo influye en el bienestar de la población dentro del periodo 2020-2021. Por lo que el alcance de la presente investigación es Descriptivo-Correlacional, lo primero porque se va a describir situaciones, eventos y hechos sobre la fiscalización de licencias de funcionamiento en la Municipalidad Distrital de Wanchaq, y luego se identificara una relación positiva o negativa entre las variables. Donde luego de realizar un análisis de estadística inferencial y descriptiva, se concluye que una falta de fiscalización del otorgamiento de licencias de funcionamiento por parte de la Municipalidad Distrital de Wanchaq en tiempos de emergencia sanitaria afecta de manera negativa en el bienestar de la población dentro del periodo 2020-2021, debido a que se puede generar niveles de informalidad altos informalidad, evasión de impuestos.

Where, after carrying out an analysis of inferential and descriptive statistics, it is concluded that a lack of supervision of the granting of operating licenses by the District Municipality of Wanchaq in times of health emergency negatively affects the well-being of the population within the period 2020-2021, due to the fact that it can generate high levels of informality, informality, tax evasion.
