La presente investigación titulada “Estereotipos de género y liderazgo en trabajadores
de una empresa privada prestadora de servicios de salud del Cusco 2018” tiene como objetivo
describir como son los estereotipos de género y el liderazgo en trabajadores que prestan
servicios en el área de salud de una empresa privada de Cusco, se utilizó el instrumento
Escala de roles de género (SRSS) adaptado por Ragúz, en una población de 120 trabajadores
de diferentes sexos y edades, la metodología desarrollada comprende el alcance descriptivo
de tipo no experimental transaccional. Mediante el estudio se concluye que se describen
estereotipos de líder hombre en su mayoría al ejercicio del liderazgo a excepción de la líder
mujer que es descrita con estereotipos femeninos. This research entitled “Gender stereotypes and leadership in workers of a private
company that provides health services in Cusco 2018“ aims to describe what gender
stereotypes and leadership are in workers who provide services in the health area of a private
company in Cusco, the instrument Gender Roles Scale (SRSS) adapted by Raguz, it was used
in a population of 120 workers of different sexes and ages, the methodology developed
includes the descriptive scope of a non-experimental transactional type. Through the study,
it is concluded that stereotypes of a male leader are mostly associated when describing the
exercise of leadership, except for the female leader who is described with female stereotypes.
