El INFORHUS y la Programación de Beneficios Sociales del personal nombrado asistencial de la Diresa Madre de Dios 2020

Abstract

El presente, trabajo de investigación, titulado “El INFORHUS y la programación de beneficios sociales del Personal Nombrado Asistencial de la Diresa Madre de Dios en el periodo 2020”. Tiene como problema de investigación que está presentando dificultades al momento de realizar la programación de beneficios sociales del personal nombrado asistencial de la Diresa Madre de Dios en el INFORHUS. Tiene como, objetivo general, Establecer la relación que existe entre el INFORHUS y la programación de beneficios sociales del personal nombrado Asistencial de la Diresa Madre de Dios en el periodo 2020.La presente investigación es de tipo aplicativa y práctica, con enfoque, cuantitativo correlacional, diseño no, experimental, alcance descriptivo; tiene una población de 244 personas y la muestra es de 150 personas, la técnica que ha sido, utilizada para la, recolección de información fue la encuesta y entrevista. Como resultados obtenidos de la presente investigación se ha podido encontrar que respecto al análisis de la variable INFORHUS, un 60.7% se encuentra indeciso, un 24.0% ha reportado que está de acuerdo, un 14.7% ha reportado que está en desacuerdo, otro 0.7% reportó que está totalmente en desacuerdo y un 0% ha reportado que está totalmente de acuerdo. Referente a la variable Programación de beneficios del personal nombrado Un 42.0% ha respondido en indeciso, un 22,0% de acuerdo, otro 18.0% está en desacuerdo, otro 10.7% ha respondido totalmente en desacuerdo y finalmente un 7.3% ha respondido totalmente de acuerdo. En cuanto a las conclusiones podemos afirmar que se ha determinado, la existencia de relación significativa entre ambas variables.

It has as a research problem that it is presenting difficulties when carrying out the programming of social benefits of the care personnel attached to the Diresa Madre de Dios in the INFORHUS. The present investigation is of an applicative and practical type, with a quantitative correlational approach, a design not experimental, descriptive scope; it has a population of 244 people and the sample is 150 people, the technique that has been used for the collection of information was the survey and interview. s results obtained from this investigation, it has been found that regarding the analysis of the INFORHUS variable, 60.7% are undecided, 24.0% have reported that they agree, 14.7% have reported that they disagree, another 0.7% reported that they strongly disagree and 0% reported that they strongly agree. Regarding the variable Scheduling benefits of appointed personnel, 42.0% responded undecided, 22.0% agreed, another 18.0% disagreed, another 10.7% responded totally disagreed and finally 7.3% responded totally in agreement. agreement. Regarding the conclusions, we can affirm that the existence of a significant relationship between both variables has been determined.
