Implementación del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo según la Ley 29783, en la Empresa FyFP Inversiones Y SG Cusco - 2020

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como finalidad Implementar el Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo según la Ley N°29783 en la empresa FYFP INVERSIONES Y SG S.R.L. - Estación de Servicios Panchito; la cual permitió crear una cultura de seguridad, y a su vez contribuir al cumplimiento de la normativa legal vigente; previniendo accidentes e incidentes de trabajo y mejorando las condiciones de seguridad de los trabajadores; para la Implementación del Sistema se tuvo en cuenta una población de 06 trabajadores. La investigación es de tipo aplicada; tiene un nivel descriptivo; el diseño de la investigación fue de tipo experimental; los instrumentos que se utilizaron para la investigación fueron el checklist y las fichas resumen que permitieron el registro y evaluación de los lineamientos exigidos por Ley. Finalmente; la investigación tuvo como resultado el cumplimiento de un 86% de todos los requisitos exigidos para la Implementación del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo.

The purpose of this research is the Implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System according to Law N° 29783 for the company FYFP INVERSIONES Y SG S.R.L. - Panchito Service Station; which allowed the creation of a safety culture, and in turn contribute to compliance with current legal regulations; preventing accidents and work incidents and improving the safety conditions of workers; for the Implementation of the System a population of 06 workers was taken into account. The research is applied; it has a descriptive level; the research design was experimental; the instruments used for the research were the checklist and the summary sheets that allowed the registration and evaluation of the guidelines required by law. Finally, the research resulted in 86% compliance with all the requirements for the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
