La investigación: “Nivel de Conocimiento y su Relación con la Técnica de
Amamantamiento en Madres Primíparas que Acuden al Consultorio de CRED
del recién nacido del Hospital Adolfo Guevara Velasco, Es salud, Cusco
2020”, tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre el nivel de conocimiento y la
técnica de amamantamiento en madres primíparas que acuden al consultorio de
CRED del recién nacido del Hospital Adolfo Guevara Velasco, Es salud, Cusco
2020. El método fue de tipo descriptivo, transversal y correlacional, con una
muestra de 60 madres primíparas. La técnica aplicada fue la entrevista y
observación y el instrumento una guía de observación.
RESULTADOS:
Los resultados hallados en la investigación son: 45% de las madres primíparas
tienen de 23 a 29 años, 77% son de instrucción superior y el 55% de los neonatos
son de sexo masculino. Respecto al nivel de conocimiento, el 82% conocen la
definición de la lactancia, 57% conocen la definición calostro, 95% conocen la
importancia de la lactancia, 87% conocen las acciones preparatorias, 68%
desconoce el tiempo de succión, 82% conoce la posición del neonato para lactar,
95% conocen la posición de la mano en C, 53% desconocen los signos de succión
eficaz, 78% conocen las condiciones de técnica inadecuada de lactancia, 68%
conocen como él bebe coger el pezón, concluyendo que el nivel de conocimiento
es adecuado en 62% de las madres. Asimismo, se halló que madres tienen signos
de buen funcionamiento de la técnica de amamantamiento respecto a la posición
del cuerpo en un 83%, respuesta 83%, 94% al vínculo afectivo y 92% a la anatomía,
80% tienen signos de dificultad de la técnica en la succión y 55% en lo que respecta
a la dimensión de tiempo, por lo que se concluye que 67% tienen una técnica
adecuada de lactancia materna, por lo que existe relación entre el nivel de
conocimientos y técnica de amamantamiento con un valor p=0.016, por lo que se
acepta la hipótesis alterna. The research: “Level of Knowledge and its Relationship with the Breastfeeding

position of the neonate to breastfeed, 95% know the position of the hand in C, 53%
are unaware of the signs of effective suction, 78% are aware of the conditions of
inadequate breastfeeding technique, 68% know how he takes the nipple, concluding
that the level of knowledge is adequate in 62% of the mothers. Likewise, it was found
that mothers have signs of good functioning of the breastfeeding technique with
respect to the position of the body in 83%, response in 83%, 94% to the affective
bond and 92% to the anatomy, 80% have signs of difficulty in suction technique and
55% with regard to the time dimension, for which it is concluded that 67% have an
adequate breastfeeding technique, so there is a relationship between the level of
knowledge and breastfeeding technique with a p-value = 0.016, so the alternative
hypothesis is accepted.
