Importancia jurídica de la partida de bautismo ante la inexistencia del registro civil antes del año 1936 e implicancias jurídicas de la consignación de registro incorrecto u omisiones de los datos personales del bautizado o ciudadano

Abstract

La presente investigación intitulada “IMPORTANCIA JURÍDICA DE LA PARTIDA DE BAUTISMO ANTE LA INEXISTENCIA DEL REGISTRO CIVIL ANTES DEL AÑO 1936 E IMPLICANCIAS JURÍDICAS DE LA CONSIGNACIÓN DE REGISTRO INCORRECTO U OMISIONES DE LOS DATOS PERSONALES DEL BAUTIZADO O CIUDADANO” es abordada en la materia del Derecho Eclesiástico. En dicha investigación, se aborda, estudia y desarrolla el problema ocasionado por las inscripciones defectuosas en las partidas de bautismo; ello en torno a la consignación de datos errónea que trasciende a los derechos de los fieles (ciudadanos) en el ámbito social acaecido en la ciudad de Cusco.

The present investigation entitled “LEGAL IMPORTANCE OF THE BAPTISM CERTIFICATE BEFORE THE NON-EXISTENCE OF THE CIVIL REGISTRY BEFORE THE YEAR 1936 AND THE LEGAL IMPLICATIONS OF THE CONSIGNMENT OF INCORRECT REGISTRATION OR OMISSIONS OF THE PERSONAL DATA OF THE BAPTIZE OR CITIZEN“ is addressed in the matter of ecclesiastical law. In this investigation, the problem caused by defective inscriptions in baptism certificates is addressed, studied and developed; this around the erroneous data entry that transcends the rights of the faithful (citizens) in the social sphere that occurred in the city of Cusco.
