Aplicación del artículo 35, 36 y 37 del capítulo V de la Ley 9973 de los sistemas de accesibilidad normados para personas con discapacidad en Instituciones Educativas del nivel primario del distrito de Cusco

Abstract

Esta investigación tiene como objetivo describir la aplicación de ellos artículos 35, 36 y 37 del Capitulo V de la Ley 29973, evidenciando la forma de trabajo que tienen los agentes educativos en el desarrollo de aprendizaje de los niños con discapacidad en la Institución Educativa Humberto Luna, en el primer capítulo, desarrollo el planteamiento del problema junto a la justificación del trabajo siendo un tema fundamental en el desarrollo educativo y social de nuestro Paisa si como internacionalmente, en el segundo capitulo cito varios autores como instituciones importantes que definen términos fundamentales que son base para comprender el derecho inclusivo así como que tratados y leyes lo amparan, en el tercer capítulo específico la metodología de la investigación la cual es cualitativa con diseño de investigación - acción, en el siguiente capítulo señalo el desarrollo temático y en el último, describo los resultados y hallazgos de la investigación como la discusión de esta junto a las conclusiones y recomendaciones.

This research aims to describe the application of articles 35, 36 and 37 of Chapter V of Law 29973, evidencing the way of working that educational agents have in the learning development of children with disabilities in the Humberto Luna Educational Institution. In the first chapter, I develop the approach to the problem together with the justification of the work, being a fundamental issue in the educational and social development of our Country if as internationally, in the second chapter I cite several authors as important institutions that define fundamental terms that are basis for understanding inclusive law as well as the treaties and laws that protect it, in the third specific chapter the research methodology which is qualitative with action research design, in the next chapter I point out the thematic development and in the last one, I describe the results and findings of the research as the discussion of this together with the s conclusions and recommendations.
