Los factores sociales, jurídicos, económicos y políticos, han generado el conflicto social en el Fundo Yavi Yavi de la región Cusco y la Empresa Minerals and Metals Group - Las Bambas, durante el año 2019

Abstract

La presente tesis intitulada, Los factores sociales, jurídicos, económicos y políticos, han generado el conflicto social en el Fundo Yavi Yavi de la región Cusco y la empresa Minerals and Metals Group - Las Bambas, durante el año 2019, se centra en conocer y describir a profundidad los factores que originaron este conflicto social y su desarrollo y la intervención de los actores. Nuestro trabajo se realiza desglosando e investigando todo lo sucedido en el año 2019, utilizando como antecedentes todo lo acontecido años atrás, con el objetivo de aclarar de qué manera los factores sociales, jurídicos económicos y políticos han generado este conflicto social, para que de esa manera se ejerza un mayor respeto a los derechos de las poblaciones indígenas, se logre un equilibrio a fin de que la empresa minera desarrolle sus actividades con el menor impacto posible y genere desarrollo económico, social para el Fundo Yavi Yavi, perteneciente a la comunidad de Nueva Fuerabamba. En el capítulo I se desarrolló el planteamiento de problema, donde se consideraron: la identificación del problema, la justificación de la investigación, la conveniencia, relevancia social, implicancias prácticas y los objetivos de la tesis; todos estos elementos tuvieron como propósito dar a entender el motivo de la investigación, así como explicar los parámetros dentro de los cuales se llevó a cabo la investigación. El capítulo II contiene el marco teórico de la tesis, el cual tiene como parte del mismo los antecedentes internacionales, nacionales y locales de la tesis, los aspectos teóricos pertinentes, la hipótesis del trabajo, las categorías de estudio. El capítulo III está compuesto por el método es decir el diseño metodológico y el diseño contextual, escenario espacio temporal, unidad de estudio y las técnicas e instrumentos de recolección de datos. El capítulo IV comprende el desarrollo temático, es decir los 4 factores (social, jurídico, económico y político), todos estos subdivididos en subcapítulos. Finalmente desarrollamos las conclusiones de la investigación, para ello disgregamos cada factor y de manera breve señalamos como cada uno de ellos ha generado el conflicto social entre los comuneros de Nueva Fuerabamba, ocupantes del Fundo Yavi Yavi, y la empresa Minera MMG Las Bambas en el año 2019. Respecto a las recomendaciones realizadas, nos enfocamos directamente en la participación de los actores del presente conflicto; es decir el Estado, los comuneros de Nueva Fuerabamba y la empresa Minera MMG Las Bambas.

Chapter IV includes the thematic development, that is to say, the 4 factors (social, legal, economic and political), all of these subdivided into sub-chapters. Finally, we develop the conclusions of the investigation, for this we disaggregate each factor and briefly point out how each of them has generated the social conflict between the community members of Nueva Fuerabamba, occupants of the Yavi Yavi Estate, and the MMG Las Bambas mining company in the year 2019. Regarding the recommendations made, we focus directly on the participation of the actors in the present conflict; that is to say, the State, the community members of Nueva Fuerabamba and the MMG Las Bambas mining company.
