Realidad socio jurídica y el interés superior de los niños de los adolescentes en los albergues de la ciudad de Puerto Maldonado en el año 2019

Abstract

Objetivo general es Determinar la realidad socio jurídica y la afectación al Interés Superior de los niños y de los adolescentes en los albergues de puerto Maldonado en el año 2019. El método general que guio la investigación es el Cualitativo, Exegético y Dogmático- Propositivo, La conclusión sustenta que Se ha demostrado que la realidad socio jurídica de las niñas, niños y de los adolescentes en los albergues estudiados no es la adecuada, dada su condición el grado de vulnerabilidad es mayor, la mayoría de los albergues no cuentan con financiamiento permanente, gran parte se autofinancian o es producto de donaciones lo cual pone en riesgo su situación social; en gran magnitud el ingreso a los Albergues es sin Resolución Judicial lo que determina que la situación jurídica es imprecisa no permitiendo de esta forma una probable adopción; por estas consideraciones se llega la conclusión de que la realidad socio jurídica afecta el Interés Superior de los niños y de los adolescentes en los Albergues de Puerto Maldonado.
