Eficacia del acta de conciliación extrajudicial de alimentos en el distrito conciliatorio de Wanchaq año 2018

Abstract

El trabajo de investigación tuvo desarrollo en el distrito conciliatorio de Wanchaq, que tuvo como objetivo determinar la eficacia del acta de conciliación extrajudicial de alimentos en el Distrito Conciliatorio de Wanchaq Año 2018. El tipo de investigación es explicativo, de nivel no experimental y enfoque cualitativo, donde se tomó como población a veinte centros de conciliación del distrito de Wanchaq y dos Juzgados de Paz Letrado del distrito de Wanchaq. El trabajo de investigación se enfocó en la determinación de eficiencia del acta de conciliación extrajudicial, identificando que el acta de conciliación extrajudicial es eficaz, puesto que este mecanismo alternativo de solución es una forma rápida y sencilla de resolver conflictos, esto se corrobora según el Ministerio de Justicia y Derechos Humanos. Así mismo se observa que muchas personas prefieren realizar este proceso, ya que es un mecanismo donde se logra ahorrar tiempo y dinero.

The research work was carried out in the Wanchaq conciliatory district, which aimed to determine the effectiveness of the extrajudicial conciliation act for food in the Wanchaq Conciliation District Year 2018. The type of research is explanatory, non-experimental level and qualitative approach, where twenty conciliation centers of the Wanchaq district and two Legal Peace Courts of the Wanchaq district were taken as population. The research work focused on determining the efficiency of the extrajudicial conciliation act, identifying that the extrajudicial conciliation act is effective, since this alternative solution mechanism is a quick and easy way to resolve conflicts, this is corroborated according to the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights. Likewise, it is observed that many people prefer to carry out this process, since it is a mechanism where time and money can be saved.
