El presente trabajo de investigación tubo como finalidad Mejorar la fidelización de los
clientes utilizando el marketing relacional en la empresa Vapor Club Perú E.I.R.L Lima
2019. El tipo de investigación es cuantitativa, de diseño pre-experimental, La población
muestral es de 28 trabajadores de área de marketing-ventas y 50 clientes para identificar el
nivel de fidelidad; quienes forman parte del personal del área de Servicios en la empresa
Vapor Club Perú E.I.R.L Lima 2019. Se realizó trabajo de campo; el método para la
recolección de datos fueron las encuestas, mediante la técnica del cuestionario; se realizó un
cuestionario dirigido a los trabajadores, así como también, se realizó talleres y
capacitaciones, a los trabajadores del área de marketing y de ventas de dicha empresa. Para
comprobar el nivel de confiabilidad del instrumento, se aplicó el Alfa de Cronbach para los
trabajadores, donde tiene un valor de 0.824 para los ítems considerados en la variable
marketing relacional y 0.971 para los ítems de la variable de fidelización de los clientes, a
partir de los resultados se puede determinar que el instrumento es confiable. La investigación
llegó a la siguiente conclusión: Los talleres y capacitaciones del marketing relacional
mejoraron la fidelización en el nivel de lealtad un 82%, reforzando el valor de cada usuario
a largo plazo en la empresa. The purpose of this research work is to improve customer loyalty using relationship
marketing in the company Vapor Club Perú E.I.R.L Lima 2019. The type of research
is quantitative, pre-experimental design, The sample population is 28 workers in
marketing-sales area and 50 customers to identify the level of loyalty; who are part of
the staff of the Services area in the company Vapor Club Peru E.I.R.L Lima 2019. Field
work was carried out; the method for data collection were surveys, using the
questionnaire technique; a questionnaire was made to workers, as well as workshops and
training, to workers in marketing and sales of the company. To check the level of
reliability of the instrument, Cronbach's Alpha was applied for the workers, where it has
a value of 0.824 for the items considered in the relationship marketing variable and 0.971
for the items of the customer loyalty variable, from the results it can be determined that
the instrument is reliable. The research reached the following conclusion: Relationship
marketing workshops and trainings improved loyalty at the loyalty level by 82%,
reinforcing the value of each user in the company in the long term.
