Relaciones familiares y su influencia en el abandono moral y material del adulto mayor, Comunidad de Suyo, Sicuani, Cusco - 2020

Abstract

La investigación “RELACIONES FAMILIARES Y SU INFLUENCIA EN EL ABANDONO MORAL Y MATERIAL DEL ADULTO MAYOR, COMUNIDAD DE SUYO, SICUANI, CUSCO - 2020”, tuvo como objetivo: -Determinar la influencia de las relaciones familiares en el abandono moral y material del adulto mayor, en la Comunidad de Suyo, Sicuani, Cusco – 2020. La metodología fue de tipo, descriptivo, transversal y explicativa, con una muestra de 60 adultos mayores. La técnica fue una entrevista, el instrumento fue un cuestionario que se usó para los datos sociodemográficos para los adultos mayores de la comunidad de Suyo y resultados de las variables. RESULTADOS 56,7% de adultos mayores tienen las edades de 71 a 80 años y son del sexo femenino, 53,3% son viudos (as) y tienen más de 3 hijos, 30% son casados (as) y tienen más de 3 hijos, 50% son adultos mayores sin estudios y beneficiarios del programa pensión 65, 16,7% tienen educación primaria y pertenecen al Centro Integral de Atención al Adulto Mayor (CIAM). El 80% de adultos mayores presentan mala comunicación con sus familiares, 70% consideran que el respeto hacia el adulto mayor es mala, 83,3% consideran que su entorno familiar es mala, 80% presentan malas relaciones familiares. El 40% consume sus alimentos 2 veces al día y considera que es inadecuada y/o mala, 23,3% presenta problemas de la vista y audición, utiliza medicina natural, 83,3% presentan un ingreso mensual menor a S/.150.00 y lo reciben mediante una pensión, 60,0% se cuidan y viven solos, 33,3% reciben visitas por amistades mensualmente, 66,7% presentan abandono moral y material. Los resultados del Chi cuadrado con un valor de x = 7,500 y la Significación asintótica p =0,024; evidencia que las relaciones familiares influyen en el abandono moral y material.
