Gestión de recursos directamente recaudados en la Dirección Regional de Comercio Exterior y Turismo-Cusco, periodo 2018-2019

Abstract

El presente de trabajo de investigación se desarrolló con el objetivo general de determinar cómo es la gestión de recursos directamente recaudados en la dirección Regional de Comercio Exterior y Turismo-Cusco (DIRCETUR) en los periodos 2018- 2019, describiéndolo mediante la gestión de ingresos y gastos de los recursos. El método aplicado fue de tipo básico, enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental y de alcance descriptivo; la población y muestra se constituyó por el estado de la gestión financiera de acuerdo al Tesorero y por la información de los ingresos y gastos del registro auxiliar de la DIRCETUR, como técnicas se usaron la entrevista mixta y la revisión documentaria y como instrumento se usaron la guía de entrevista mixta y la ficha de revisión documentaria; por otra parte, en los resultados de la gestión de ingresos se puede observar que el estado del planeamiento presenta un grado muy bueno, la captación presenta un grado bueno, la custodia es muy buena, el registro presenta un grado bueno y el control tiene un grado bueno, concluyendo así que la gestión de los ingresos de los recursos directamente recaudados presentan un grado muy bueno, y en la gestión de gastos el planeamiento presenta un grado bueno, la utilización presenta un grado muy bueno, el registro presenta un grado bueno y el control tiene un grado regular, concluyendo así que la gestión de recursos directamente recaudados en la DIRCETUR, presenta un grado bueno, y está representada por el estado de su planeamiento, captación, custodia, utilización, registro y control de la recaudación de los ingresos y ejecución de sus gastos; donde la gestión de ingresos y gastos presentan problemas en el registro y control debido a que todas las operaciones se registran en un libro auxiliar poco confiable y el control de sus recursos es indirecto lo que limita su uso.

This research work was developed with the general objective of determining how is the management of resources directly collected in the Regional Directorate of Foreign Trade and Tourism-Cusco (DIRCETUR) in the periods 2018-2019, describing it through income management and resource expenditures. The applied method was of a basic type, quantitative approach, non-experimental design and descriptive scope; The population and sample was constituted by the state of financial management according to the Treasurer and by the information of the income and expenses of the auxiliary registry of the DIRCETUR, as techniques the mixed interview and the documentary review were used and as an instrument the mixed interview guide and documentary review form; On the other hand, in the income management results, it can be observed that the planning status presents a very good grade, the uptake shows a good grade, the custody is very good, the registry shows a good grade and the control has a good grade. grade good, thus concluding that the management of the income from the resources directly collected presents a very good grade, and in the management of expenses the planning presents a good grade, the utilization shows a very good grade, the registry shows a good grade and the control has a regular degree, thus concluding that the management of resources directly collected in the DIRCETUR, presents a good degree, and is represented by the status of its planning, collection, custody, use, registration and control of the collection of income and execution of your expenses; where the management of income and expenses present problems in the registry and control due to the fact that all operations are registered in an unreliable auxiliary book and the control of its resources is indirect, which limits its use.
