As time goes by we see how crime has been on the rise, it is then that the cause of such
increase is sought, for which we analyze the social and economic factors, which are key
elements for the development of our investigation, also taking into account foreign migration,
which together with the aforementioned factors cause the individual to generate different
types of crime, mostly crimes against property, especially in the form of theft.
This is how the sociological theory is analyzed in which we subject the individual to a
rigorous study, where we see the internal and external factors coming to define that all men
born equal, will be good or bad according to the environment in which they live and develop
.
On the other hand we analyze the economic theory, this theory goes gradually with the
sociological theory, in this case the individual whose reality is of lack of indispensable means
for the same satisfaction of the subject, as well as personal and family needs, lack of work
and housing, concluding that reality that such problems create in the individual a susceptible
emotional state that transforms into feelings of inferiority and frustration, having this
background the subject generates rebellion and violation of the laws.
Also determined this analysis of these theories, we see how crime has increased in the district
of Cusco, also taking into account foreign migration, which have generated problems of
citizen insecurity.
