Productos de inversión y la percepción del riesgo financiero de los clientes en las instituciones financieras del Cusco: Caso Interbank - tienda principal periodo 2017-2018.

Abstract

En el presente trabajo intitulado “PRODUCTOS DE INVERSION Y LA PERCEPCION DEL RIESGO FINANCIERO DE LOS CLIENTES DE LAS INSTITUCIONES FINANCIERAS DEL CUSCO: CASO INTERBANK - TIENDA PRINCIPAL PERIODO 2017-2018”, tiene por finalidad de describir los productos de inversión, que ofrecen las instituciones financieras de Cusco, y la percepción de Riesgos financieros. Donde el problema general es la amplia gama de productos de inversión y la percepción de los inversionistas acerca de los riesgos financieros. El objetivo general de este estudio fue; describir los productos de inversión y la percepción del riesgo financiero de los clientes de las instituciones financieras del Cusco, caso Interbank- tiendas principal en el periodo 2017-2018. El presente trabajo de investigación es de tipo básico, en razón de que no tiene propósitos aplicativos inmediatos, pues solo busca ampliar y profundizar el caudal de conocimientos científicos existentes acerca de la realidad, con un enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental y de alcance descriptiva. La población está conformada por 1551 clientes inversionistas de Interbank, de los cuales se ha tomado 308 inversionistas como muestra del estudio. Se llego a la conclusión de que los inversionistas de las instituciones financieras de Cusco más prefieren invertir en Fondos mutuos y Depósitos a plazo fijo, con la tendencia de futuras inversiones en Fondos mutuos, Fondos de inversión y entre otros productos nuevos del mercado financiero. Así mismo, la percepción de los inversionistas acerca del riesgo financiero para sus inversiones fue de comportamiento normal.

In the present work entitled “INVESTMENT PRODUCTS AND THE PERCEPTION OF THE FINANCIAL RISK OF THE CUSTOMERS OF THE FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS OF CUSCO: CASE INTERBANK - MAIN STORE PERIOD 2017-2018”, is intended to describe the investment products offered by the institutions financial institutions of Cusco, and the perception of financial risks. Where the general problem is the wide range of investment products and the perception of investors about financial risks. The general objective of this study was; Describe the investment products and the perception of the financial risk of the clients of the financial institutions of Cusco, Interbank-stores main case in the 2017-2018 period. This research work is of the basic type, because it has no immediate application purposes, because it only seeks to expand and deepen the flow of existing scientific knowledge about reality, with a quantitative approach, non-experimental design and descriptive scope. The population is made up of 1551 Interbank investment clients, of which 308 investors have been taken as a sample of the study. It was concluded that investors of the most important institutions of Cusco prefer to invest in Mutual Funds and Deposits with fixed term, with the tendency of future investments in Mutual Funds, Investment Funds and among other new products of the financial market. Likewise, investors' perception of the risk they financed for their investments was normal behavior.
