Información financiera y la transferencia de proyectos de agua potable y alcantarillado ejecutados por la Municipalidad Provincial de Canchis, periodo 2016 – 2017

Abstract

Tiene como objetivo establecer la situación de la Información Financiera por la transferencia de los proyectos de agua potable y alcantarillado en la Municipalidad Provincial de Canchis periodo 2016 – 2017, es una investigación descriptiva, con diseño no experimental y enfoque cuantitativo; la población y muestra lo conforman 09 proyectos ejecutados y concluidos y 07 servidores en las Oficinas de Infraestructura y Contabilidad de la Municipalidad, utilizando la técnica de recolección de datos y entrevista, mediante el análisis documental y la guía de entrevista. En la presente investigación se llegó a los resultados presentados en la tabla 09 que al no realizase la trasferencia de los proyectos estos permanecen en el activo no corriente de la Municipalidad y deberían ser registrados en el activo corriente, como también no se estima la depreciación que según la NIC SP 17 en el párrafo 71, menciona que la ¨depreciación de un activo comienza cuando esté disponible para su uso, esto es cuando se encuentra en la ubicación y las condiciones necesarias para ser capaz de operar de la forma prevista por la gerencia¨. Según la información obtenida, observamos que la depreciación estimada para el año 2017 es de 124,125.04 soles, concluyendo que la Municipalidad Provincial de Canchis presenta su Información Financiera de manera no confiable debido a que no se realiza la transferencia de las obras concluidas y liquidadas por desconocimiento de normas legales y contables de los servidores.

In the present investigation, the results presented in table 09 were reached that by not carrying out the transfer of the projects, they remain in the non-current assets of the Municipality and should be recorded in Current Assets, as well as the depreciation that According to IAS SP 17 in paragraph 71, it mentions that the ¨depreciation of an asset begins when it is available for use, that is when it is in the location and conditions necessary to be able to operate in the manner intended by management ¨. According to the information obtained, we observe that the estimated depreciation for the year 2017 is 124,125.04 soles, concluding that the Provincial Municipality of Canchis presents its Financial Information in an unreliable manner because the transfer of the completed and liquidated works is not carried out due to ignorance of legal and accounting standards of the servers.
