La tercerización de servicios de transporte de carga y su efecto en la utilidad de la Empresa Transportes Carpio Cusco, periodo 2016 - 2017

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación intitulada “LA TERCERIZACIÓN DE SERVICIOS DE TRANSPORTE DE CARGA Y SU EFECTO EN LA UTILIDAD DE LA EMPRESA TRANSPORTES CARPIO CUSCO, PERIODO 2016 - 2017”. Tiene como problema general ¿De qué manera la tercerización de servicios de transporte de carga incide en la utilidad de la empresa transportes Carpio, Cusco periodo 2016 - 2017? y como objetivo general determinar de qué manera la tercerización de servicios de transporte de carga incide en la utilidad de la empresa Transportes Carpio, Cusco periodo 2016 – 2017. Las características metodológicas utilizadas son de tipo de investigación básica con un enfoque cuantitativo, teniendo como alcance descriptivo. En la presente investigación no necesariamente se tiene que demostrar la hipótesis debido a que tiene un alcance eminentemente descriptivo. Según, los datos obtenidos en la presente investigación de los datos obtenidos en la presente investigación se llegaron a concluir que la tercerización de servicios de transporte de carga y su efecto en la utilidad de la empresa transportes Carpio es significativa de esta manera el 60% de los trabajadores precisan que a veces el marguen de utilidad neta de la empresa es satisfactoria, mientras que el 40% de los trabajadores precisan que siempre es adecuada la cantidad de carros para brindar un servicio a tiempo, esto indica que el margen de rentabilidad que tiene la empresa es estable con el manejo de tercerización que llevan. Por otro lado, se puede corroborar que el efecto de la tercerización de servicios de transporte de carga tiene un efecto positivo en las utilidades de la empresa de transporte Carpio, Cusco periodo 2016-2017.

The present research work entitled “THE OUTSURING OF FREIGHT TRANSPORTATION SERVICES AND ITS EFFECT ON THE PROFIT OF THE COMPANY TRANSPORTES CARPIO CUSCO, PERIOD 2016 - 2017“. It has as a general problem, in what way does the outsourcing of freight transport services affect the utility of the transport company Carpio, Cusco period 2016 - 2017? and as a general objective to determine how the outsourcing of freight transport services affects the utility of the company Transportes Carpio, Cusco period 2016 - 2017. The methodological characteristics used are of a basic research type with a quantitative approach, having a descriptive scope. In the present investigation, the hypothesis does not necessarily have to be demonstrated because it has an eminently descriptive scope. According to the data obtained in the present investigation from the data obtained in the present investigation, it was concluded that the outsourcing of freight transport services and its effect on the utility of the transport company Carpio is significant in this way, 60% of The workers specify that sometimes the net profit margin of the company is satisfactory, while 40% of the workers state that the number of cars is always adequate to provide a service on time, this indicates that the profitability margin that has the company is stable with the outsourcing management they carry. On the other hand, it can be corroborated that the effect of the outsourcing of freight transport services has a positive effect on the profits of the transport company Carpio, Cusco for the period 2016-2017.
