Desarrollo de una herramienta web para facilitar la elaboración de costos y presupuestos para proyectos para la escuela de Ingeniería Civil.

Abstract

En la presente tesis se implementara una herramienta web para la elaboración de costos y presupuestos para diferentes proyectos de ingeniería civil. Para el desarrollo de este sistema se seguirá una metodología ágil (SCRUM) como modelo de desarrollo de Software. La tesis se divide en capítulos y cada uno cubre un tema específico. En el capítulo uno se plantea la problemática de la tesis, se explica, fundamenta y justifica el porqué del desarrollo de la misma, exponiendo el objetivo general y los objetivos específicos que se persiguen.

El capítulo dos presentamos estudios preliminares o el estado del arte de nuestra investigación, además contiene antecedentes de sistemas actuales utilizados para el tema de Costos y presupuestos, también contiene toda la base teórica utilizada para el análisis y diseño del sistema. También las herramientas utilizadas en el desarrollo e implementación del sistema como: metodología de desarrollo de software, Lenguajes de programación, gestor de base de datos, Frameworks, ID y herramientas de apoyo para el diseño.

El capítulo tres explica la metodología y el tipo de investigación aplicada en la tesis, como también el desarrollo del Sistema el cual está separado en 4 fases: Fase de Concepción, fase de elaboración, fase de construcción, fase de transición. El capítulo cuatro explica los resultados de la tesis. Y posteriormente se establecen las conclusiones y recomendaciones, donde se extrae la parte fundamental de todo el desarrollo de la tesis. Finalmente se presenta la bibliografía utilizada en toda la investigación, el Glosario y los anexos.

In this thesis a web tool for the development of costs and budgets for various civil engineering projects are implemented. For the development of this system an agile methodology (SCRUM) will be followed as a model of software development. The thesis is divided into chapters, each covering a specific topic. In chapter one of the thesis the problem arises, explained, bases and justifies why the development of it, exposing the general objective and specific objectives pursued. Chapter two preliminary studies or present state of the art of our research, also contains a history of current systems used for the issue of costs and budgets, it also contains all the theoretical basis used for analysis and system design. Also the tools used in the development and implementation of the system such as software development methodology, programming languages, database manager, Frameworks, ID and support tools for design.

Chapter three explains the methodology and the type of applied research in the thesis, as well as the development of the system which is separated into 4 phases: Conception, preparation phase, construction phase, transition phase. Chapter four discusses the results of the thesis. And then the conclusions and recommendations, the fundamental part of the whole development of the thesis is extracted are set. Finally the bibliography used in all research, glossary and annexes presented.
