dc.description.abstract | El estudio titulado: “FACTORES RELACIONADOS AL ESTRÉS LABORAL DE
LICENCIADOS EN ENFERMERÍA DEL HOSPITAL QUILLABAMBA, LA
CONVENCIÓN CUSCO - 2018”, se realizó con el objetivo de determinar los
Factores relacionados al estrés laboral en licenciados de enfermería del Hospital
Quillabamba, La Convención – Cusco 2018. Fue un estudio correlacional
transversal, efectuado en una población- muestral de 56 profesionales en
enfermería.
Resultados: Del estudio se halló que 48.2% son mayores de 46 años, 94.6% son
de sexo femenino, 55.4% son nombrados, 48.2% tiene más de 9 años de servicio,
62.5% adicionalmente trabajan en clínicas o en otras actividades, 46.4% percibe
las condiciones ambientales como inadecuadas. El nivel de estrés laboral hallado
en los Licenciados en Enfermería del Hospital Quillabamba 2018, fue medio en
62.5%, seguido de estrés laboral alto en 25% y estrés laboral bajo en 12.5% de
los casos. Dentro de la relación entre los factores personales y el estrés laboral
se encontró una asociación estadísticamente significativa entre la edad y el estrés
laboral p=0.023; sexo y estrés laboral p= 0.013. En relación a los factores
laborales y el estrés se encontró relación estadísticamente significativa entre la
condición laboral y el estrés con un valor de p = 0.038; para el tiempo de servicio
y estrés laboral p = 0.032, para otros trabajos realizados y el estrés laboral
p=0.007; finalmente, entre las condiciones ambientales y el estrés laboral se halló
una relación significativa con un valor de p = 0.014. | es_PE |
dc.description.abstract | The study entitled: “FACTORS RELATED TO LABOR STRESS OF LICENSED IN
NURSING OF THE QUILLABAMBA HOSPITAL, THE CUSCO CONVENTION -
2018“, was carried out with the objective of determining the Factors related to work
stress in nursing graduates of the Quillabamba Hospital, La Convencion - Cusco
2018. It was a cross-sectional correlation study, conducted in a sample population
of 56 nurses.
Results: The study found that health professionals working in the Quillabamba
Hospital; 48.2% are over 46 years old, 94.6% are female, 55.4% are appointed,
48.2% have more than 9 years of service, 62.5% work in clinics or similar jobs,
46.4% perceive the conditions as inadequate. Within the relationship between
personal factors, work factors and work stress it was found that: there is a
significant relationship between age and work stress p = 0.023; in sex, a significant
relationship was found with a p = 0.013. Relationship between work condition was
found stress with a value of p = 0.038; in the time of service there is a significant
relationship between service time and stress with a value of p = 0.032 a significant
relationship was obtained, in relation to other works performed with a value of p =
