Auditoria de cumplimiento y su aporte en la gestión administrativa en la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local –Canchis periodo 2018

Abstract

La Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local de Canchis (UGEL-Canchis), es una instancia descentralizada del Gobierno Regional Cusco, la misma que a nivel de la Provincia de Canchis, cumple el rol rector de la educación, que tiene como misión Garantizar derechos, asegurar servicios educativos de calidad y promover oportunidades deportivas a la población para que todos puedan alcanzar su potencial y contribuir al desarrollo de manera descentralizada, democrática, transparente y en función a resultados desde enfoques de equidad e interculturalidad. Y su visión, todos desarrollan su potencial desde la primera infancia, acceden al mundo letrado, resuelven problemas, practican valores y saben seguir aprendiendo, se asumen ciudadanos con derechos y responsabilidades y contribuyen al desarrollo de sus comunidades y del país combinando su capital cultural y natural con avances mundiales; es así que el presente trabajo: “AUDITORÍA DE CUMPLIMIENTO Y SU APORTE EN LA GESTIÓN ADMINISTRATIVA EN LA UNIDAD DE GESTIÓN EDUCATIVA LOCAL – CANCHIS PERIODO 2018”, realizó un estudio cuyo problema general es :¿Cómo la Auditoría de Cumplimiento aporta a la gestión administrativa de la UGEL Canchis periodo 2018?, siendo el objetivo general “Describir como la Auditoría de Cumplimiento aporta a la gestión administrativa de la UGEL periodo 2018”. El tipo de investigación básico – práctico, el enfoque de la investigación cuantitativa, el diseño no experimental, y el alcance descriptivo, la técnica utilizada fue la encuesta y revisión documental, aplicando la muestra a todo el personal administrativo. De los datos obtenidos se obtuvo los resultados que la Auditoría de Cumplimiento en un 47.69% es adecuado, 24.41% es regular y 27.90% muy adecuado de esta manera podemos indicar que la Auditoria de Cumplimiento es un aporte propicio para la Gestión Administrativa en la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local – Canchis Periodo 2018

And their vision, Everyone develops their potential from early childhood, access the literate world, solve problems, practice values and know how to continue learning, citizens are assumed with rights and responsibilities and contribute to the development of their communities and the country by combining their cultural capital and natural with global advances; Thus, the present work: “COMPLIANCE AUDIT AND ITS CONTRIBUTION IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT IN THE LOCAL EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT UNIT - CANCHIS PERIOD 2018”, carried out a study whose general problem is: How does compliance auditing contribute to administrative management of the UGEL Canchis period 2018 ?, being the general objective “Describe how compliance auditing contributes to the improvement of the administrative management of the UGEL period 2018”. The type of basic – practical research, the quantitative research approach, the non-experimental design, and the descriptive scope, the technique used was the survey and documentary review instrument, applied the sample to all administrative staff. From the information collected the results were obtained that the compliance audit by 47.69% is adequate, 24.41% is regular and 27.90% very suitable in this way we could say that the Compliance audit is an auspicious contribution for Administrative Management in the Local Educational Management Unit - Canchis Period 2018
