Nivel de conocimiento sobre lactancia materna exclusiva en puérperas del Servicio de Alojamiento Conjunto del Hospital Nacional Adolfo Guevara Velasco Essalud Cusco, 2020

Abstract

La presente investigación intitulada “NIVEL DE CONOCIMIENTO SOBRE LACTANCIA MATERNA EXCLUSIVA EN PUÉRPERAS DEL SERVICIO DE ALOJAMIENTO CONJUNTO DEL HNAGV ESSALUD CUSCO, 2020”, tuvo como objetivo: Determinar el nivel de conocimiento sobre lactancia materna exclusiva en puérperas del servicio de Alojamiento Conjunto del HNAGV ESSALUD Cusco, 2020. La metodología utilizada es de tipo, descriptivo, transversal y prospectivo con una muestra de 30 madres puérperas. La técnica aplicada fue la Entrevista, para medir el nivel de conocimiento que presentan las puérperas sobre lactancia materna exclusiva mediante el uso de un cuestionario. RESULTADOS Respecto a las características sociodemográficas de las puérperas del servicio de Alojamiento Conjunto del HNAGV ESSALUD Cusco, 2020; el 60,0% oscilan entre las edades de 25 a 35 años, 86,7% tienen grado de instrucción superior, 53,3% son trabajadoras dependientes, 96,7% son del área urbano, 73,3% presentan R.N a término RNAT y 56,7% tuvieron parto normal (eutócico). Respecto al conocimiento en las dimensiones de las características de la leche materna que tienen las puérperas del servicio de Alojamiento Conjunto del HNAGV ESSALUD Cusco, 2020; el 73,3% tienen un nivel de conocimiento alto y 26,7% medio. Con respecto a las técnicas de amamantamiento de las puérperas el 76,7% tienen un nivel de conocimiento alto y 3.3% bajo. Respecto sobre los beneficios de la lactancia materna exclusiva para el bebé, el 80,0% tienen conocimiento alto y 20,0% medio. Respecto sobre los beneficios de la lactancia materna exclusiva para la madre, el 50,0% tienen un nivel de conocimiento medio; 26,7% bajo y 23,3% alto y por último respecto al conocimiento sobre medidas de higiene el 100,0% de las puérperas tienen un nivel de conocimiento alto. Respecto al tema de investigación “Nivel de conocimiento sobre lactancia materna exclusiva en puérperas del servicio de alojamiento Conjunto del HNAGV ESSALUD Cusco, 2020”; el 80% tiene conocimiento alto y 20% medio.

The current research which title is: “LEVEL OF AWARENESS ABOUT THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF BREASTFEEDING IN PUERPERAL WOMEN IN THE FACILITIES OF THE HNAGV ESSALUD LOCATED IN CUSCO, 2020. Had as a main objective to determine the level of knowledge about the exclusive use of breastfeeding in puerperal women at the facilities of the HNAGV ESSALUD, located in Cusco, 2020. The methodology used belongs to the type of descriptive, transversal and prospective, with a universe of 30 puerperal mothers. The technique used in this research was the interview, also, in order to measure the level of awareness of the participants on exclusive used of breastfeeding a questionnaire was given.

RESULTS: On the subject of sociodemographic features of puerperal women at the facilities of the HNAGV ESSALUD, located in Cusco, 2020. 60% rage age is between 25 to 35 years old. 86, 7% are graduated from college or university. 53, 3% are freelance workers. 96, 7% live on metropolitan areas. 73, 3% present R.N. Concluded RNAT and 56, 7% have regular deliver (eutocico). On the subject of the characteristics about the dimensions of the breastmilk among puerperal women at the facilities of the HNAGV ESSALUD, located in Cusco, 2020. 73, 3 %present a very high knowledge in this matter. 26,7% present an average knowledge about the topic. On the subject of breastfeeding techniques on puerperal women the 76,7% have a very high of knowledge and 3,3% have lower knowledge in this matter. On the subject of benefits of exclusive use of breastfeeding on newborns 80% have a very high knowledge and 20, 0% average. On the subject of benefits of exclusive use of breastfeeding on mothers; 50,0% have an average level of knowledge in this matter. 26,7% lower knowledge. 23,3% higher. The last but not the least, on the matter of awareness of preventive measures of hygiene 100% of the participants have a very high of knowledge.
