Factores que afectan la calidad en el llenado de notas de enfermería en los pacientes hospitalizados en los servicios de medicina y cirugía del Hospital Alfredo Callo Rodríguez, Sicuani –Cusco 2019

Abstract

La investigación denominada “FACTORES QUE AFECTAN LA CALIDAD EN EL LLENADO DE NOTAS DE ENFERMERÍA EN LOS PACIENTES HOSPITALIZADOS EN LOS SERVICIOS DE MEDICINA Y CIRUGÍA DEL HOSPITAL ALFREDO CALLO RODRÍGUEZ, SICUANI –CUSCO 2019”, tuvo como objetivo determinar qué factores afectan la calidad en el llenado de notas de enfermería en los pacientes hospitalizados en los servicios de medicina y cirugía del hospital Alfredo Callo Rodríguez, Sicuani –Cusco 2019. Se utilizó como metodología de estudio, el enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básico descriptivo, transversal, y como población estuvo comprendido por el total de enfermeras que laboran en los servicios de Medicina y Cirugía del hospital Alfredo Callo Rodríguez Sicuani. Se obtuvo como resultados, respecto a la calidad que 68.7% tiene un llenado de notas de enfermeria adecuado, 31.8% medianamente adecuado. Respecto a los factores personales y/o institucionales que afectan la calidad se tiene que la edad afecta a la calidad en un p= 0.030; el sexo no afecta la calidad del llenado de notas p=0.519, de acuerdo a la razón de elección de la profesión afecta en un p=0.031; la universidad donde estudio no afecta la calidad p=0.229; a los años de servicio se tiene que afecta la calidad p=0.006; los estudios posgrado no afectan la calidad p= 0.031; en cuanto a la información recibida sobre llenado de notas de enfermeria si afecta la calidad p= 0.001; también se tiene que el número de capacitación afecta en la calidad p= 0.032;el turno de personal no afecta la calidad de llenado p= 0.604; las capacitaciones promovidas por el hospital afecta en la calidad p=0.004; el momento de llenado de notas de enfermería no afecta a la calidad en un p= 0.604; el tiempo que se dedica al llenado no afecta a la calidad en un p= 0.146 y finalmente se tiene que la condición laboral no afecta la calidad del llenado de notas de enfermería p= 0.231. En conclusión, se acepta la hipótesis alternativa y se niega la hipótesis nula.

In conclusion, the alternative hypothesis is accepted and the null hypothesis is denied.
