dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación intitulada “ADMINISTRACIÓN DE CONVENIOS PARA LA PRESTACIÓN DE SERVICIOS DE SALUD Y LOS BENEFICIOS BRUTOS DE LA CLÍNICA PARDO S.A.C., CUSCO-PERÍODO 2019”, la Clínica Pardo S.A.C. como parte de las Instituciones Prestadoras de Servicios de Salud (IPRESS) realiza convenios para la prestación de servicios de salud con Instituciones Administradoras de Fondos de Aseguramiento de Salud (IAFASS) perjudicando a los beneficios brutos, a raíz de ello se formula el presente trabajo de investigación, con el objetivo de determinar la administración de convenios para la prestación de servicios de salud y los beneficios brutos de la Clínica Pardo S.A.C., Cusco – período 2019. La administración de convenios para la prestación de servicios de salud es el proceso de planificar, organizar, dirigir y controlar las actividades de los miembros de la organización y el empleo de todos los demás recursos organizacionales, con el propósito de alcanzar metas establecidas por la organización; y los beneficios brutos son aquellos beneficios obtenidos por una sociedad derivado de su explotación y que surge de restar a los ingresos del importe de los costos en los que se han incurrido el fruto de la actividad. La metodología utilizada fue la siguiente: la investigación es de tipo básica, de enfoque cuantitativo porque pretende examinar los datos del estudio a través del procesamiento de datos, alcance descriptivo, diseño no experimental porque no manipula en forma directa las variables permitiéndonos observarlas tal como se muestran en su contexto natural, por lo que en la presente investigación no se realiza la formulación de la hipótesis. La muestra fue constituida por 313 historias clínicas de los diferentes convenios para la prestación de servicios de salud y 7 trabajadores del área administrativa; se utilizaron técnicas e instrumentos de recolección de datos, mediante el análisis documentario y el cuestionario que fue aplicada al personal que interviene en la administración de convenios para la prestación de servicios de salud de la Clínica Pardo S.A.C. Se utilizó el análisis documentario, observación y cuestionario. Obteniéndose resultados al problema planteado, llegándose a la conclusión de que la administración de convenios para la prestación de servicios de salud de la Clínica Pardo S.A.C. es mala porque no se realiza de manera adecuada, por falta de supervisión y control, perjudicando a los beneficios brutos de la empresa de S/41,274.72 soles, atribuyendo a SALUDPOL-Fondo de Aseguramiento en Salud de la Policía Nacional del Perú el 57.63%, SOAT-Seguro Obligatorio contra Accidentes el 40.01%, SCTR-Seguro contra Trabajos de Riesgo el 2.32% y mientras que FEBAN- Fondo de Empleados del Banco de la Nación el 0.04%. Se recomienda al gerente general de la Clínica Pardo S.A.C. designar a un personal que cumpla con la función de verificación, monitoreo y control de las prestación de servicios de salud que se realizan a los beneficiarios de los convenios de SALUDPOL-Fondo de Aseguramiento en Salud de la Policía Nacional del Perú, SOAT- Seguro Obligatorio contra Accidentes de Tránsito, SCTR-Seguro contra Trabajos de Riesgo y FEBAN-Fondo de Empleados del Banco de la Nación, así mismo identificar las deficiencias de cada UPSS y levantar las observaciones en un periodo corto.es_PE
dc.description.abstractThe present research work entitled “ADMINISTRATION OF AGREEMENTS FOR THE PROVISION OF HEALTH SERVICES AND GROSS BENEFITS OF CLÍNICA PARDO S.A.C., CUSCO-PERÍODO 2019“, the Clínica Pardo S.A.C. As part of the Health Service Provider Institutions (IPRESS), it enters into agreements for the provision of health services with Health Insurance Fund Management Institutions (IAFASS) obtaining negative results with respect to gross benefits, as a result of which it is formulated the present research work, with the objective of determining the administration of agreements for the provision of health services and the gross benefits of the Pardo SAC Clinic, Cusco - period 2019. The administration of agreements for the provision of health services is the process of planning, organizing, directing and controlling the activities of the members of the organization and the use of all other organizational resources, with the purpose of achieving goals established by the organization ; and gross benefits are those benefits obtained by a company derived from its operation and that arise from subtracting from income the amount of costs incurred as a result of the activity. The methodology used was as follows: the research is of a basic type, with a quantitative approach because it intends to examine the study data through data processing, descriptive scope, non-experimental design because it does not directly manipulate the variables allowing us to observe them as they are. shown in their natural context, so the formulation of the hypothesis is not carried out in the present investigation. The sample consisted of 313 medical records of the different agreements for the provision of health services and 7 workers from the administrative area; Data collection techniques and instruments were used, through the documentary analysis and the questionnaire that was applied to the personnel involved in the administration of agreements for the provision of health services of Clínica Pardo S.A.C. Obtaining results to the problem raised, reaching the conclusion that the administration of agreements for the provision of health services of Clínica Pardo S.A.C. It is bad because it is not carried out properly, due to lack of supervision and control, damaging the gross profits of the company of S / 41,274.72 soles, attributing to SALUDPOL-Health Insurance Fund of the National Police of Peru 57.63%, SOAT-Compulsory Insurance against Accidents 40.01%, SCTR-Insurance against Risk Work 2.32% and while FEBAN- Employees Fund of Banco de la Nación 0.04%. The general manager of Clínica Pardo S.A.C. designate a staff that fulfills the function of verification, monitoring and control of the provision of health services that are carried out to the beneficiaries of the agreements of SALUDPOL-Health Insurance Fund of the National Police of Peru, SOAT- Compulsory Insurance against Traffic Accidents, SCTR-Insurance against Risk Work and FEBAN-Employees Fund of Banco de la Nación, likewise identify the deficiencies of each UPSS and raise observations in a short period.en_US
