dc.description.abstractEn esta tesis se aborda el problema de la incidencia del delito de usurpación en la fiscalía Provincial Especializada de Prevención del delito en la ciudad de Cusco, ya que se ha verificado que la prevención del delito propuesta por el Estado y aplicada en las instituciones a través de programas e instituciones públicas como la Fiscalía se ha tornado en letra muerta, prueba de ello es que se verifica en demasía la existencia de este delito según los datos del INEI en común con otros delitos de distinta naturaleza pero que repercuten sobre el patrimonio como bien jurídico protegido. Para dar a conocer estos datos, la investigación tuvo como objetivos: la incidencia del delito de usurpación en la seguridad ciudadana, según los casos llevados a cabo vía prevención en la ciudad de Cusco, periodo 2018; las zonas de mayor incidencia delictiva del delito de usurpación en la ciudad; el enfoque preventivo del delito de usurpación en la Fiscalía de Prevención del Delito; los factores que inciden en la comisión el delito de usurpación y si estos lograron la efectiva prevención del delito. Por lo que se concluye señalando que la presente tesis se encuentra estructurada por cinco capítulos: el primero aborda el problema y objetivo de investigación, el segundo da a conocer el contenido del marco teórico, el tercero refiere la metodología utilizada, el cuarto da a conocer los resultados obtenidos durante la investigación y el quinto señala las fuentes bibliográficas utilizadas en la tesis.es_PE
dc.description.abstractThese this address the problem of the incidence of the crime of usurpation in the Specialized Provincial Prosecutor's Office for Crime Prevention in the city of Cusco, since it has been verified that the prevention of crime proposed by the State and applied in the institutions through of programs and public institutions such as the Prosecutor's Office has become dead letter, proof of this is that the existence of this crime is verified too much according to the INEI data in common with other crimes of different nature but that affect the heritage as well Legal protected. To disseminate these data, the investigation had as objectives: the incidence of the crime of usurpation in citizen security, according to the cases carried out via prevention in the city of Cusco, period 2018; the areas with the highest criminal incidence of the crime of usurpation in the city; the preventive approach to the crime of usurpation in the Office of Crime Prevention; the factors that affect the commission the crime of usurpation and if these achieved the effective prevention of the crime. Therefore, it is concluded by pointing out that this thesis is structured by five chapters: the first addresses the problem and research objective, the second discloses the content of the theoretical framework, the third refers to the methodology used, the fourth discloses The results obtained during the investigation and the fifth point out the bibliographic sources used in the thesis.en_US
