Incidencia de las potencialidades turísticas de la comunidad campesina de Paru Paru y el desarrollo económico y social de la población en el distrito de Pisac, provincia de Calca, departamento del Cusco - 2019

Abstract

La presente investigación, tuvo como objetivo determinar la incidencia de las potencialidades turísticas de la comunidad campesina de Paru Paru en el Desarrollo Económico y Social de la Población en el Distrito de Pisac, Provincia de Calca, Departamento del Cusco – 2019, teniendo como variable independiente las potencialidades turísticas y sus dimensiones atractivos turísticos, servicios turísticos, infraestructura básica, conectividad, demanda turística e impacto económico, como variable dependiente se tuvo el Desarrollo económico y social y sus dimensiones desarrollo económico y desarrollo social. La investigación es de tipo aplicada, enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental – transversal y alcance descriptivo. Para la recolección de la información se utilizó como técnicas la encuesta y análisis documental, asimismo los instrumentos fueron los cuestionarios y guía de análisis documental, la población en estudio estuvo conformada por 130 familias, obteniendo una muestra de 97 familias a quienes se les aplico el cuestionario y se recolecto información del inventario turístico de Pisac y el Plan de Desarrollo Concertado de Pisac, arribando a los siguientes resultados: Se identificaron dos atractivos turísticos que generan beneficios a la Comunidad de Paru Paru: la Laguna Kinsacocha y el Parque de la Papa. La incidencia de las potencialidades turísticas en el desarrollo económico y social de la comunidad de Paru Paru, fue positiva, con un nivel de significancia igual a 0.025 (2.5%), que indica que la incidencia es significativa con un error del 2.5% y un nivel de confianza del 97.5%, el coeficiente de correlación rho=0.23, indica que la incidencia es poco significativa, ya que mientras más cercano al cero, la incidencia es más débil, la incidencia se manifiesta en la diversificación de las actividades económicas, dinamizando la economía y teniendo mayores fuentes de ingresos, después de la puesta en valor de los recursos turísticos los ingresos económicos se incrementaron en un 42%, se mejoró la infraestructura básica para el desarrollo territorial, así como los servicios de apoyo a la producción, teniendo apoyo financiero y de empresas turísticas privadas. Además, se mejoraron los servicios educativos y de salud generando empleo, mejorando el trato laboral y fortaleciendo el papel de la mujer.

The objective of this research was to determine the incidence of the tourism potential of the rural community of Paru Paru on the Economic and Social Development of the Population in the District of Pisac, Province of Calca, Department of Cusco - 2019, having as independent variable The tourist potential and its tourist dimensions, tourist services, basic infrastructure, connectivity, tourist demand and economic impact, as a dependent variable had economic and social development and its economic development and social development dimensions. The research is of an applied type, quantitative approach, non-experimental design - transversal and descriptive scope. To collect the information, the survey and documentary analysis were used as techniques, likewise the instruments were the questionnaires and document analysis guide, the population under study was made up of 130 families, obtaining a sample of 97 families to whom the questionnaire and information was collected from the tourist inventory of Pisac and the Concerted Development Plan of Pisac, arriving at the following results: Two tourist attractions that have benefits in the Paru Paru Community were identified: the Kinsacocha Lagoon and the Potato Park. The incidence of tourism potential in the economic and social development of the Paru Paru community was positive, with a level of significance equal to 0.025 (2.5%), which indicates that the incidence is significant with an error of 2.5% and a confidence level of 97.5%, the correlation coefficient rho = 0.23, indicates that the incidence is not very significant, since the closer to zero, the incidence is weaker, the incidence manifests itself in the diversification of economic activities, stimulating the economy and having greater sources of income, after the value of the tourist resources the economic income increased by 42%, the basic infrastructure for territorial development was improved, as well as the production support services, having financial support and private tourism companies. In addition, improve educational and health services by generating employment, improving labor treatment and strengthening the role of women.
