Menores en situación de abandono como un factor causal de la delincuencia juvenil (Estudio realizado en el Distrito de Santiago de la ciudad del Cusco en el año 2015)

Abstract

Esta investigación responde a la necesidad, de establecer principalmente si el abandono de menores constituye un factor causal de la Delincuencia Juvenil, en el Distrito de Santiago de la ciudad del Cusco en el año 2015. Finalmente con los objetivos específicos se pretende determinar cuál es la situación tanto del abandono de menores como de la delincuencia juvenil en el distrito de Santiago de la ciudad del Cusco en el año 2015.

En ese sentido, la investigación está estructurada en cuatro capítulos: el capítulo primero es referente al problema de investigación, el mismo que aborda el planteamiento y formulación del problema, objetivos, justificación y delimitación del estudio. El capítulo segundo trata sobre el marco teórico, antecedentes de investigación, bases teóricas, sistema de hipótesis y variables de estudio.

El capítulo tercero es referente a la metodología, consisten en el nivel y tipo de investigación, población y muestra, técnicas e instrumentos de recolección de datos y técnicas para el análisis de resultados. El capítulo cuarto trata sobre la presentación y análisis de resultados de la investigación, donde se obtiene los resultados contrastando con los objetivos planteados. Por último se consigna las conclusiones y recomendaciones del estudio, así como las referencias bibliográficas consultadas.

This research responds to the need to establish especially if neglect is a causal factor of Juvenile Delinquency, in the District of Santiago de Cusco in 2015. Finally the specific objectives is to determine what is the situation both neglect and juvenile delinquency in the district of Santiago de Cusco in 2015.

In that sense, research is divided into four chapters: the first chapter is referring to the research, the same approach and addressing the problem formulation, objectives, justification and delimitation of the study. The second chapter discusses the theoretical framework, research background, theoretical bases, assumptions and system variables studied.

The third chapter is concerning the methodology, consisting of the level and type of research, population and sample, techniques and data collection instruments and techniques for the analysis of results. The fourth chapter deals with the presentation and analysis of results of research, where results contrast with the objectives is obtained. Finally it entered the conclusions and recommendations of the study and consulted references.
