As the Civil Process is a set of procedural acts, in which a legal relationship is constituted, developed and terminated in search of the elimination of a legal uncertainty or the solution of a conflict (litigation), raised by the parties, through a decision of the judge based on the facts affirmed and proven. In the present case to be analyzed, different procedural actions will be seen, the purpose of which is to get the judge to declare about the best property right, a legal institution that, although not explicitly regulated in the rules, through legal precedents we can extract concepts , requirements and ways to solve it. We will analyze acts from the filing of the claim to the issuance of the sentence and the filing of various appeals, going all the way through a contentious hearing process.en_US
