Informe de trabajo académico: expediente penal: violación de la libertad sexual y expediente civil: prescripción adquisitiva

Abstract

En el presente Informe Académico se realizará el respectivo análisis de un expediente Judicial en materia penal sobre” Violación de la Libertad Sexual de Menor de edad” (art. 176 numeral 6); el presente informe tiene la finalidad de poner en práctica conocimientos y habilidades adquiridos durante mi Formación Profesional. Primeramente, se realizará un Resumen del expediente Judicial que consta de 225 fs. (Cuadernos Incidentales del Expediente Judicial y Cuadernos de Debate), posteriormente un Análisis del Proceso para observar los errores o aciertos realizados dentro del proceso, como tercer punto se desplegara el Marco Teórico donde se desarrollara algunas Instituciones Jurídicas inmersas en el desarrollo del proceso, consiguientemente se invocara Jurisprudencia y finalmente las Conclusiones a las que se arribó después del Análisis del presente caso.

In this Academic Report, the respective analysis of a judicial file in criminal matters on “Violation of the Sexual Freedom of Minors“ will be carried out (art. 176 number 6); The purpose of this report is to put into practice the knowledge and skills acquired during my Professional Training. Firstly, a summary of the judicial file will be made, consisting of 225 pages. (Incidental Notebooks of the Judicial File and Discussion Notebooks), later an Analysis of the Process to observe the errors or successes made within the process, as a third point the Theoretical Framework will be displayed where some Legal Institutions immersed in the development of the process will be developed, consequently Jurisprudence was invoked and finally the Conclusions reached after the Analysis of the present case.
