Desarrollo de tutoriales interactivos online para los módulos del Sielse y su influencia en el desempeño laboral en la Empresa – Electro Sur Este S.A.A

Abstract

La empresa ELECTRO SUR ESTE S.A.A es una organización privada pública, que brinda energía eléctrica a toda la región de Cusco, Apurímac y Madre de Dios. Esta empresa de servicios actualmente imparte el proceso de manuales para el desarrollo de actualización de capacitaciones relacionadas con TICS, tales como diseño, cursos de programación, ofimática empresarial para las diferentes gerencias administrativas, gerencia comercial y gerencia de operaciones, entre otras. Actualmente la empresa de ELECTRO SUR ESTE S.A.A cuenta con módulos del Sistema de información de Electro Sur Este (SIELSE), las cuales son programas que facilitan el trabajo del personal de la empresa, ya sea en cuanto a comprobantes, reclamos, facilidades de pago, arqueos, movimientos bancarios, administrador de clientes, etc. Con el desarrollo del proyecto titulado “DESARROLLO DE TUTORIALES INTERACTIVOS ONLINE PARA LOS MODULOS DEL SIELSE Y SU INFLUENCIA EN EL DESEMPEÑO LABORAL EN LA EMPRESA – ELECTRO SUR ESTE S.A.A.” se pretende optimizar el control y manejo de los módulos por parte de los videotutoriales interactivos online en al avance y trabajo del personal administrativo y técnico de la empresa, de esa forma se quiere evaluar si su uso permite una reducción del tiempo en su aprendizaje de los módulos del SIELSE, generando que el personal esté debidamente actualizado. De esta manera se pretende no solamente en capacitar a los usuarios en el manejo de los módulos, si no también en verificar si existe o no mejoría en el desempeño laboral.

Currently, the company of ELECTRO SUR ESTE SAA has modules of the Electro Sur Este Information System (SIELSE), which are programs that facilitate the work of the company's personnel, either in terms of vouchers, claims, payment facilities, arches, bank movements, client manager, etc. With the development of the project entitled “Development of interactive online tutorials for the SIELSE modules and their influence on the work performance of the company ELECTRO SUR ESTE SAA”, it is intended to optimize the control and management of the modules by the online interactive video tutorials in to the progress and work of the administrative and technical personnel of the company, in this way it is wanted to evaluate if its use allows a reduction of the time in its learning of the modules of the SIELSE, generating that the personnel is duly updated. In this way, it is intended not only to train users in the handling of modules, but also to verify whether or not there is an improvement in work performance.
