This work seeks to spread the use and design of cold asphalt mixtures in our environment; using not only new aggregates, but a combination of these with recycled aggregates, in addition to the use of a slow-breaking asphalt emulsion as a binder; The main objective is to determine the values of the magnitudes of the physical-mechanical properties of an asphalt mixture designed with recycled aggregates at different percentages in reference to a standard mixture, for this, data from four specific physical-mechanical tests were analyzed, which are: Stability and Flow, Immersioncompression resistance, Indirect traction and Stiffness module; Prior to this, the quality control tests for the new and recycled aggregates were performed, as well as the slow-breaking asphalt emulsion, the tests were carried out in the laboratories of the Professional School of Civil Engineering of the Andean University of Cusco and the Laboratory of Special Studies of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications - Lima Headquarters with Test Report N ° 1842019-MTC / 19.01 EE; As for the methods used, we rely on two documents, first the Materials Testing Manual EM 2000 edition 2016 MTC, second the Road Manual General Specifications for Construction EG-2013 MTC, both from the Ministry of Transportation and Communications of Peru; additionally, documents such as the Colombian road regulations, the American manuals MS14, MS-19 and MS-22, indicated to evaluate asphalt emulsions and cold asphalt mixtures were consulted; As for the results obtained, Marshall Stability and Flow are well above expectations, that is, they fully comply with the minimum required parameters of both the background and the regulations; Compression Resistance - Immersion is below the required minimums; It should be noted at this point that these first two trials are the only ones that are considered or validated within our regulations for paving roads; the third Indirect Tensile Strength test according to the background and regulations used is within the requirements; The last test is the Stiffness Module theoretically calculated with mathematical correlation formulas, but it uses real data from other tests carried out in this thesis, this indicates values that are much higher than the minimum required.en_US
